Heinz answered our call for assistance at 8:00 am and was able to respond right away to help us with our circuit breaker being triggered and not resetting. Don't do business with these people. Within 4 days of Gulf Shore completing my dock electric we had a king high tide which shorted out my dock power. After refusing to return to fix the problem for 7 weeks, I called another electrician. He found 8 code violations. Gulf Shore convinced me they didn't need an inspection, since it was a "repair". Wrong. Violations included flex conduit on outside of pilings, several junction boxes too close to water, missing GFI breakers, too many wires in conduit, missing strapping and worst low voltage pool light wire in conduit with high voltage wires. Gulf Shore tried to blame me in that my budget wouldn't include replacement of wire from panel to dock. If so, then why did second electrician remove and replace 100% of Gulf Shores' dock wiring plus new wire from dock to panel plus correct code violations from prior Gulf Shore pool work for less than Gulf Shores' dock power only?

Another experience with them. A couple years ago right before Thanksgiving we bought a used Stove and it blew the breaker when plugged in. Matt came right out and fixed it so I could cook my Turkey the next day. Now that’s service! 💫💫💫💫💫 Five Stars!

All work was neat and area cleaned.
