Very easy to schedule, they were on time, and the technician was very competent and friendly.

Very positive experience every time. Especially pleased with the communication from the office, you know exactly when the tech is on his way , name, etc.

Not up front on cost. Charged me over $170 for one hour of Diagnostics. I understand electrical services are costly but I did not feel like this company was up front on the cost. They refused to give me an estimate for for services only would give me an hourly rate. They charge $88 an hour for one employee if you need two guys make that double. Steer clear of them and try somebody else.

Horrible. The electricians are hit and miss, which I guess I can accept. However, the office is absolutely horrible. They don’t answer the phone, don’t call back for days to weeks, schedule appointments without telling you and generally don’t know what is going on. Really should be -5 stars

Update: seem to still have issues with office but electrician was great.
