I was at the 7 Eleven on 301 and Whitfield. My SUV had died. Without even asking a guy came up to me to see if I needed help. He spent 15 minutes in the heat helping to figure out the problem. He didn't have to do that. If he goes out of his way to help a stranded person then he must be the same way with his job. I didn't get his Name but thank you very much. Thank you to United Electric for having great staff.

Excellent, reliable, professional. They aren't the cheapest but they charge market rates. They installed our natural gas generator as well as misc. electrical work. Always done well, always solid.

Finding low voltage specialists in Sarasota is a challenge. I have used David Phillips and his United Electric crew for four years and have always had great results. They are knowledgeable , responsive and great to work with.

My experience with United Electric was excellent. Justin was professional, respectful and patient with my many questions. I believe it is "Linda" in the service department who also gave great service and returned my calls as promised. Thank you!

Told us we had a dead piece of control equipment for our tv/audio - and go 17 days w/o contacting you to fix it - then another company comes in to say it is not Dead and what did they changed the router password to and their response was to give our WiFi password! This dept. has no one to answer the phone. FYI used them because their Generator service is Great.

Just used United Electric to replace my 40 year old breaker box and install a new outdoor subpanel needed for an upcoming pool and deck remodel. The work needed to be complete prior to the pool remodel's new installation of pumps and heaters. I had the work previously scheduled through a friend but hurricane Ian had other plans for him so I had to scramble to find another option. A friend recommended United to me and one of the managers called me right away. Within 30 days (which is unheard of after a local hurricane) he had 2 techs at my house replacing the entire main panel and prepping for the subpanel. A couple week later, one of them returned to finish the project with additional equipment that I had just decide on during their first visit. I just can't say enough good about these techs. They were the ultimate professions and just overall great guys. And the final bill (even with all my ad ons) wasn't too bad either. I was prepared to pay much more for such great service. Two thumbs up to United Electric and all their staff. GREAT JOB!!!! I recommend then to everyone.

I used United to service our generator. I have used other companies over the years and have been very disappointed with the results. Very glad we used United and Justin did a great job on our generator that had many issues, would definitely continue to use them in the future

Excellent customer service, timeliness and workmanship. After getting out of a bad maintenance agreement with another highly advertised company a couple of years ago, a friend suggested United Electric and we have never looked back. They gave reasonable hourly rates. Their techs are professional and knowledgeable. They always work to save you money without cutting corners on safety. I recommend United Electric to anyone that asks.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a whole house generator installed by a different company, who couldn’t figure out how to fix a problem at the very end so it was never actually running after installation. We were very frustrated and decided to try another electrician referred by Generac which was United electric. United electric sent a tech out and they had it fixed that same day. We should’ve had them install it in the first place that was our mistake. Then After hurricane Milton, we had an issue with the generator turning off, and they answered their phone right away and walked us through the problem and fixed it over the phone with us. They were so helpful and accommodating. I will be using them for all our electrical needs and highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with the service that United Electric provided. Justin the technician went beyond what we expected as our call was of an urgent nature. Our A/C company told us that the generator breaker was interfering with the A/C breaker as our A/C was not working. Justing was able to troubleshoot the issue which was not the generator breaker but another breaker that needed to be replaced and that solved the issue in record time.
Cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend United Electric!!!! Not only Mary Ann in the office who was kind and professional but to Justin and the entire crew.

Justin was our service tech, and he worked conscientiously to provide the biannual service to the 46K whole home generator. He is very professional and United Electric has been tremendous with their communication.

I had United Electric install a whole-home surge protector, and everything went super smoothly. Mary-Anne was awesome — she helped me understand my options, answered all my questions, and made scheduling quick and easy.

Ceasar handled the installation and did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was really professional, and took the time to explain how everything worked. The setup looks clean and well done, and I feel much better knowing my home is protected.

It's my fathers company, he is a very honest man in 43 years we only had 1 complaint, and that woman was very difficult to deal with.

Big enough to do big work but still small enough to care about the individual customer. That's a contractor that is in there "Goldilocks zone".

It's my family business, my father had been in business 35 years and had a flawless record of no complaints.

Old school integrity, wealth of experience, super easy to deal with. Top notch fair prices hard to get more for less.

Came out quickly and gave us a quote. Within in a week completed the work. Would highly recommend.

The guys that showed up were very professional and knowledgeable. I had a pool light fixture installed. I would definitely recommend them. I’m also on the Hoa and used them for an outdoor streetlight. That project was also done properly at a fair price.
