The crew did a great job regrading part of our backyard and replacing the sod. They also remulched all the beds. They were very neat and efficient.

Oakley did a fine job for our HOA. They worked diligently with us to establish consistent and reliable protocols for cutting and trimming. Trevor was very responsive to our requests and issues.

Absolutely horrible company.
Not only are their techs oblivious to their surroundings, but after they damage your vehicle, they refuse to resolve the matter in any way by avoiding all forms of communication.

I left the review so other people know what they're in store for when dealing with your company, but I think not only the time it took for your response on here(well over a month), and the manor in which you responded(I'm not even bringing up all the false information you stated) speaks for itself on what type of person you are and how you run a business.
You have my number when you're ready to actually resolve this issue, instead of just ignoring it and "considering it resolved".

We had major problems with excess water and consequently poor vegetation growth in our backyard. We interviewed four landscaping companies and Oakley represented by Trevor Layton, although not the least expensive, came across as the most responsive and knowledgable. The Oakley crew, led by Josh with two hardworking brothers from Central America, tore out all old vegetation, trucked in over 30 yards of fill dirt, laid two stretches totaling over 100 ft of French drain, planted over 50 new plants, reworked irrigation and laid about 1000 sq ft of sod. They were friendly, courteous, professional, hard-working and obviously skilled in their efforts. I would highly recommend them for your major and even more minor landscaping needs.

I paid these guys for a design, had them fix some pavers and lay down some sod. They were pretty rude throughout the whole process. Acted condescending when issues were brought up. I paid way too much thinking that maybe you get what you pay for with things like this. The resulting work was mediocre. They used cheap materials and took shortcuts at any given chance they could. I would price around before hiring them.

Very impressed with their work. Trevor was easy to get in touch with and presented a very detailed outline of their plans. I plan to use them for other projects around our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any landscaping work done.

Oakley Landscaping resolved my lanai drainage issue that I've had for years. While their initial design did not resolve the issue, they came back and modified the installation to correct the remaining issues at no additional cost to me. They stayed in communication with me during the resolution process and stood by their work. I highly recommend them!

Dre & Crew did a great job of maneuvering through the HOA requirements. Once approved, they did a fabulous job! All the plants they chose were beautiful!

Very pleased with the work Oakley Landscape did for us laying new sod. Very professional, responsive, and the crew worked very hard to meet our needs and made sure all debris was cleared away and area was left clean. Highly recommend!

Oakley Landscaping successfully completed two major projects for our 100-year-old, historic condominium in downtown Sarasota. One involved creating a dry well that significantly improved the storm water drainage off our parking lot.The other required replacing much of the landscaping across the front of our building. After each project, owners here have made positive comments on the improvements. Trevor is great to work with, his advice in designing both projects was excellent, and the work of his team was high-quality. As president of our condo association, I would have no hesitation in recommending Oakley Landscaping to others with similar needs.

Responding to correct your incorrect statements.

On the first missed apt, someone called the day prior from a personal cell phone and didn't leave a message. Nobody called from your team/office the day of the apt. My wife phoned your office after the missed apt to set up another. The second apt was a complete no confirmation call, no any call, no show. Why was no voice mail left on the first confirmation apt? Also, if your process includes a confirmation call...why was no call made for 2nd apt confirmation? I realize sometimes things get hectic, but multiple errors yield dismal first impressions. Unfortunately, 3rd chances don't happen.

My front lawn turf is completely dead and it is an eyesore. The sprinklers do not seem to ever come on. My neighbors sprinklers do come on and they have green lawns.
One sprikler that does come on hits my car in the driveway and stains the winshield and paint.
I have complained about this for months.
It never gets fixed.

We recently had Oakley do an updated landscaping project for us and it turned out to be fabulous! I was so busy dreaming about the new landscape design that I completely forgot about the storm damaged palms and overgrown pine trees. Yikes. Oakley came to my rescue. They did a quick job on the trees. Their crew was friendly, conscientious and efficient. They knew what they were doing and even showed some talent in the way they trimmed the pine trees. The trees are now shapely... not just cut short.The price for both the landscaping project AND the tree trimming were perfectly fair. The Manager worked to incorporate my ideas in with his own design. The end result actually exceeded my expectations and made me look like a hero in my condo community :) Thank you Oakley!!!!
