Use Fast Lawns if you want to overpay and get the kind of service that caused me to write the letter below. And of course ... they did not even complete the last mowing I paid for on August 31st. Thanks for leaving me with super high grass on Labor Day weekend. I now have to pay someone else to mow today so I can at least walk my dogs.

Kelly - After my mowing scheduled for August 31st, I would like to cancel my services with you.

Unfortunately, I have not been satisfied with the service I have received. I am disappointed with:

1. The repeated unfulfilled promises of restaking the trees for a week and days of me begging someone to come out before a tree died.
2. My front beds look worse than they have ever looked. There are so many dead things that need to be removed, the topiary have not been touched at all during my 60 days of service, and I am forever pulling weeds immediately after your visits. The only thing that has been done in my front beds is to cut back the hibiscus because I just happened to catch your crew while they were here one day. It would not have been done if I had not hunted them down.
3. I asked for much pricing several times and received nothing.
4. Your mowing services are not detailed. For the first month, I found small sections of my yard that the mower could not reach which had not been cut. The work has been sloppy.
5. For the first time ever, I have ant hills in my yard, which I have never had before. I also have new weeds that are not being addressed. I do not believe any pest control or fertilization has taken place during my 60 days with you. I have no evidence that it was completed.

I appreciate your efforts, but anything at this point is too little too late.

Please complete my August service by mowing on my scheduled date of Thursday, August 31st, which will be my last service with you. My July and August bills are paid in full. It is disappointing that I did not receive all the services I pad for.

Fast is nice, quality is even better and with Fast Lawnscapes we get both! Mow, trim, edge, trim scrubs and occasionally use add on tree trim & sprinkler services… everything looks great! Also, great customer service. A special “shout out” to the female crew members who always seem to take a little extra care!

Upon our return from vacation we were distraught to find our lush lawn had been chemically damaged by our community's lawn service. Our trusted lawn service recommended we contact Fast Lawnscapes - and oh, my goodness, we are glad we did! Kelly was responsive and knowledgeable - and a pleasure to work with. Within a few days a tech with all the proper equipment and supplies was onsite as promised, and the work was done in the time allocated. After aerating and spreading CommandSoil to remediate the damaged grass, our grass is coming back. We would highly recommend Fast Lawnscapes to others for any future work.

I have a small yard..had a small yard since I bought the house. Fast Lawn did the mowing, when they showed. They did not close my gate and let my pets out twice. Last week they pulled up and then left within a minute. I called and demanded they come back and move the yard. They then decided, after a year, it would take an additional $15 to mow my small yard that takes them under 10 minutes. I changed my service from Gold to standard to ensure I could afford to get the lawn done, and then they canceled my service...I am not their kind of customer. Sloppy, poor service and for heaven sake, don't ask them to do what you pay them for!

We are very happy with Fast Lawns & More. They do a great job for a reasonable price, making the yard look beautiful. I have recommended them to many of the new home owners in our area and all have been happy with their service. They stand behind their work.

I was most impressed by the fast communication with this company and employees. Today, that is hard to come by but SO important! Thank you!. **Update, I hate to add this but I was very disappointed to find the bushes removed from my back yard bed was just tossed over my privacy fence into HOA common area. Overall, job was done well with other beds but someone got real lazy with that back bed - not removing all the old dirt which I paid to have done, then piling on new dirt on top also.

I highly recommend Fast Lawnscapes. The office staff in particular are very helpful and always responded quickly to my requests. Super friendly as well. Lawn crews are friendly as well and do great work. We used this company for Lawn, Sprinkler Repair, and Tree delivery and planting. They do great work!

Fast Landscapes is always fantastic! We have been using their services for over almost two years and will continue as long as we’re in this home. They do a fantastic job with our lawn and are always quick to respond and help if we have any other requests.

Kelly saved my husband from climbing on a ladder to remove 3 widow makers from our tree after hurricane Milton. Her guys took care of it pronto. Always happy with their work and kindness!

I honestly can only say great things about Fast Lawns. From Kelly down to the crews that services my yard, they are professional and the communication is excellent. I have never had to wonder when a crew was coming and if there is a change I'm informed.

As far as the quality, I have no complaints either. My yard looks great I don't haven't had to ask about weed control ot edging.

I fully recommend Fast Lawns.

Fast Lawnscapes is amazing, They did fantastic job with the cleanup, planting and pruning. They will start doing our bi-monthly cleanup. We have already recommended them to our friends. TY

The people complaining must be difficult or have a different experience than the majority because I called on a whim after buying my home. Not only did I get a quote back quickly, but it was a fair price for what I was looking for and they had impeccable communication with me every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier.

Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company.

I've engaged them for work twice now. The first time was to remove some old landscaping on a new home we just purchased. They cut the sprinkler lines in 5 different places removing it.

That cost is now on us to fix it.

I then engaged this company to do montly bed maintenance at our home. The first crew they sent didn't do the entire job. They said they were a lawn mowing crew not a bed crew and another crew would be by shortly to finish the job.

2 months later that crew never came.

I did get a bill for $160 though related to that one service. After we agreed $75 was the monthly rate. The invoice said was billed for the total hours of all the folks they sent here on the first trip. The lawn mowing crew that didn't do half of the work fast agreed to do.

So I paid twice the stated rate and received half the stated service. Then they never came back.

Use this company at your own risk.

This was our first lawn servicing by Fast Lawnscapes. They did a great job mowing, cleaning up some of our shrubbery, de-weeding and edging around the grassy and plant areas. Kelly was a delight to speak to and gave us an affordable and detailed estimate. Loved that they confirmed their appointment before they arrived.😊👍

Let me first say how awesome it was to communicate with this company the entire process. The sales person was exceptionally knowledgeable. She has a vast knowledge of plants and grass that will work in specific areas. She is also great with finding alternatives that look similar. Great pricing…the workers were friendly nice and ensured they cleaned any mess that happens when completing an entire yard.
I am thrilled with the completion of the project and it was completed on time very quickly. My neighbors and friend can’t believe how beautiful it turned out.

The work was great. The only thing I didn’t agree with is, the quote. The gentleman that came and talked to me gave me a ball park quote but said he would have to talk to supervisor. The next quote was almost 50% higher. That appeared to be way off from the person who came to home. I did accept it to get the work done. You did a great job. In future I would be hesitant because of that quote difference.

I love Fast Landscapes, always on time, quick and efficient. I appreciate not having to do it myself. Lol 😆

Fast Lawnscapes was not only speedy in completely remodeling our landscaping (xeriscaping) , they were very accommodating and helped us achieve exactly what we envisioned. Tommy and Kelly were such a great help and fantastic in customer service as well. They helped us keep within our budget and even made recommendations to keep our costs down. Their prices are very affordable. We definitely recommend using them !
