I am more than thrilled with R&R Heating &Cooling !! We returned home on a Saturday in 98 degree, high humidity weather from vacation and no air. I called R&R and Dee was just wonderful trying to help me with our system. When we determined that we needed service Richard came right out. The unit was not going to be able to be repaired. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were able to get a very fair price and they installed it on Monday. Richard was even thoughtful enough to bring and set up a portable unit for us to use until our new one was installed. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was so impressed that he didn't want us to be without air and thankful too!

This company did faulty work for my parents and were not honest about the work they completed (a tech showed up to replace a capacitor on the a/c unit and did not have the required tools--my brother gave the tech a tool to use. The tech completed the job within 20 minutes but billed for 1.5 hours. The job cost $500 (for a capacitor that's $20 tops and the rest in labor--outrageous!) Their follow-through is terribly lacking (they forgot to label a breaker for an inspection) along with their customer service skills (the tech/owner never returned any calls). I do not recommend.

R&R was really there to help my family in a very trying time. My brother and I were tending to our mothers house, and at 3:30 on a Friday, they were able to come out and address her issue before we flew home on Saturday. It was determined that we would require some extra work, and they returned to her home on Saturday to complete the job. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your ac needs. Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.

Wonderful to work with! We reported our air conditioner was not working and they were there within 2 hours to fix it!! We are so thankful because we had family visiting with little ones and it was hot! Thank you.

The air went out on a Saturday, and Rich came same day, found the problem, fixed it, temporally, so it would keep us cool, and then came on Monday with solution. Quick, easy and great price. Extremely friendly and will answer all your questions. Would recommend them to everyone.

Working for a company that manages hundreds of properties they are our go to air-conditioning company they are reliable. They are honest they warranty their product. They’re very prompt & courteous, but most importantly they install excellent products with excellent warranties I highly recommend their services.

Please tell Greg, Rich and the two other guys, we appreciate everything they did. They all went above and beyond any expectations of doing a great job. My wife has COPD, and they all made sure the Villa was cooling down before leaving the first day so she would be comfortable. They came back the second day to finish up and checked on everything.

I called R & R Cooling for a service call as my A/C was leaking water. Their response time was quick and the diagnosis was spot on. The part I needed was ordered immediately and the service was carried out as soon as the part was received. Richard, Dee, Santiago and the 2nd technician handled everything so promptly and professionally. The service was excellent and the pricing was very fair. I am so impressed with R & R Cooling and I will continue to use them for all my A/C needs.

The team at R&R did a remarkable job. they were extremely professional. On time they explained everything answered all of our questions. and cleaned up after themselves.I have had several AC units installed this company is the most detailed company I have ever worked with. I have been in the costruction business over 40 years and I am very critical of work being done at my home and this company does the work like it's their own home. I cannot say enough good things about them they are highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic. I was told by 3 different AC companies that I needed to replace my AC between 13k & 15k. Tony fixed it in 30 minutes. I am now a forever customer with Bahama Breeze.

Tony Cruz is a very unique business owner. He treats customers like family and cares. He is also proactive about servicing your AC unit and will suggest how to make it more efficient.

It is difficult to determine the ins and outs of HVAC systems without trusting an expert. Tony is an expert and explained to me the new fuel environmental regulations, SEER ratings over time, permits, compressors, the history of various manufacturers, and the importance of warranties both in parts and labor, among other considerations. He went above and beyond in responding to my questions and concerns.

We contacted Tony this morning to request his services because our heater wasn’t working last night. It was down in the 30s so we were hoping he could fit us in today on such short notice. He told us he could come in the evening around 7 PM and he was right on time. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable even though he was out after hours. We highly recommend Tony and Bahama Breeze for their services!

Tony is professional and most importantly reliable. He was able to assess and fix the issue with my AC not cooling . I received a call back from him quickly and the service I received was from him!
