I can't say enough about this company. They came out on a Saturday evening to do a repair on my air conditioner and fixed the problem with in 15 minutes. I have been using R&R Heating and Cooling Inc. for years. They have replaced 3 units for me. They took such good care of my rental property when my tenant called and had no air, they were so prompt and courteous, not to mention got it taken care of at the busiest of the season. My house on the island had two units and they took care of both.

Not only do they do repairs and replacements, they are great at getting annual service checks to make sure your system runs optimally.

I have used R&R in the past. They were prompt and professional. Last week when my a/c didn't work I called them to come out and look at the problem. Turns out the roofer who just did my roof turned off the master switch. R&R made the service call and turned on the switch. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill - No Charge! Thank You R&R. Early on a rainy Saturday morning, I realized my air conditioning wasn't working. I placed a call to R&R and was told a technician would be at my home within the hour. About a half an hour later he showed up and inspected the unit in my home. Upon completion of inspection, he took the time to show me and explain my compressor was grounded. I wasn't surprised because it was almost 18 years old. Rather than leave my wife and I without air conditioning for the weekend this technician went to his shop and returned with a portable air conditioner and even hooked it up for us. I was truly amazed at this service. Monday morning he returned and installed a brand new 3 ton air conditioning system for an amazing price. R&R air conditioning is now my number one air conditioning company. It's good to know that there are still honest and dependable companies out there. Thank you for this great service!!

I am so impressed by these wonderful people. They came out within an hour of the time I called. They did a thorough evaluation of what was going on with my unit. They did not do any unnecessary repairs, they merely did what needed to be done. It was extremely reasonable rate for what work they did. My unit is up and running.

Used these folks a couple of times. While pricing is fair, it's hard to get an appointment for maintenance. Also, they don't put you on a schedule or have maintenance contracts - you have to keep track of when you are serviced and schedule your appointments way in advance. I had to cancel an appointment, and when trying to reschedule was put on the back burner - told 3 to 6 weeks to reschedule! You would think a repeat customer would not have to wait so long.

R & R installed our new A/C last spring but we forgot to submit a review...better late than ever. R & R provided a great price for a great A/C unit. Once we chose them on a Friday they were in our home Monday and took care of everything from the permits, thee external & interior units to the thermostat. The installer (Keith) was friendly and knowledgeable. We'd highly recommend R & R Heating & Colling to anyone needing A/C services.
