OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE! We had a large roof and solar project and unfortunately when material for the job was delivered the vendor ran over and damaged the customer's sprinkler system. The sprinkler valve box was broken along with the main valve and 5+ sprinkler heads that lined the driveway. Juan was quick to resolve and got everything back up and running for us. He made us look good and helped us save face with our customer! Thanks Juan!

Our experience was disappointing. Jose provided estimate detailing specific work perform with time frames of completion. The completion time would pass with work not completed, we would reach out, Jose would promise to do with new time frame, this would come and go and cycle would repeat. We gave benefit of doubt for first several months but after 5 months of the same (promises made yet not following through) this seemed to be standard business practice. Very frustrating to be told we'll do X,Y, Z and more frustrating to be paying monthly for this yet JB falling quite short of what was agreed.

If you are looking for a knowledge, efficient, professional lawn service, I promise JB Family Lawn Service will exceed your expectations. We switched about a year ago and have been so pleased with their work. My husband is very particular and he gives them a complete 👍🏼thumbs up!

Our front yard was transformed in less than a day with the design we wanted and most impressive obeying the HOA list requirements. Juan listened attentively to what we wanted, designed on the spot, and brought the best plants and trees to get the curb appeal promised on a very fast turnaround. Highly recommend their services.

Juan was wonderful to work with! We had a three week turn around tome and he delivered. The communication was great and always responded.

Juan helped come up with a design and even tweaked the design to accommodate our budget. He and his team built a paver patio, installed different types of palms, removed trees, and did it all in the timeline he agreed to.

Our complete rear yard was laid with new sod by JB Family Lawn Care and the result was excellent. The guys that did the job were very hard working and very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for a couple of changes from the boss (Juan). After a couple of weeks we received a follow up to make sure that we were happy with the new lawn. Overall we received great service and we were very pleased with the result.
