I was out of town during this service call. Richard called and was pleasant to talk to. I needed to hang up and call him back, but was unable to reach him. It was after hours and I got the main office instead and it was closed. I tried reaching him through the after hours line and left a message. He said he tried calling me back as well, but unfortunately my phone service went out temporarily and I never got his call or any indication that he called. Bad timing for poor phone reception. I paid only for the service call. I will replace the thermostat myself. Glad to know that's all it was. I like and trust Air and Energy and would recommend them to anyone. However, I know I can replace the thermostat for less than what was quoted.

Alex was terrific! Replaced all of our smoke quickly and stopped the chirping! Very knowledgeable!

I felt that Sergio was very knowledgeable with my Trane heat pump and diagnosed my problems that were causing alerts I was getting on my Trane app and air handler due to the cold weather. Very happy with his work, and that I got service the same day I called.

Appreciate this company getting someone out on short notice to get our a/c back online. As an added bonus they sent Chaz, who meticulously analyzed and troubleshot the problem in a professional, and timely manner which led to the resolution of the problem. The very best! He is technically highly skilled, is personable, helpful, efficient and a great and patient teacher and leader for new apprentices. Cannot say how easy he made this hurricane remodel! Nice when you hear “no problem” and he handles all so well! Like I said- the very BEST!

Air and Energy did a great job at diagnosing our plumbing problem. Serviceman came on time and was friendly, efficient, and professional. Could not have asked for more.

After another local plumbing company told me I needed a total kitchen faucet replacement & basically charged $200+ for that opinion. Keith of Air&Energy actually worked on the loose faucet & got it out so that he could do a part instead of total replacement- he was a blessing!

I’m now a service contract member and glad I made this choice to Air &Energy. When my AC stopped I thought it might be common clogged drain, but turns out it was electrical. The company scheduled me for quick repair call that afternoon. Chris was on time, polite, efficient in detecting the real problem and thorough and quick with the repair, which wasn’t an obvious job. I immediately felt confidence in his abilities and knowledge. He was honest, spoke so I had no problems understanding the problem and cure. I am so pleased as I wait for my hot house to cool down. Thank you for the help, courtesy, skills and heart that seems to describe Air & Energy. I am grateful.

I worked in the AC industry for over 10 yrs. A&E was on time and Mike Terski did an excellent AC maintenance call. Did not over sell and provided options with pricing based on requested up grades.

Chaz Rivers was thorough explaining the state in which was my Air Conditioning, without being alarming or pushy to do something about it right away. He went into details with pictures so I was aware of the problem. He was very professional and pleasant at the same time.
I wish that whoever installed the unit had warned us about not running the AC during the work in the house after the hurricane.

Andrew Richardson from Air and Energy installed a new hot water heater at my house in Bradenton Florida today. Andrew did an outstanding job using copper to plumb the new hot water heater and went above and beyond setting up the expansion tank on the hot water heater in a way that makes it more accessible should it need maintenance in the future. I'm delighted with the work I received from Andrew and his employer Air and Energy.

Also today Ronnie Wilson from Air and Energy's electrical team installed a whole house surge protector into my breaker box at my house in Bradenton Florida. Again I'm delighted with the work and the professionalism of the technicians from Air and Energy.

Keith has gone above and beyond to make sure that our water heater was installed. He was very pleasant and informative. He also alerted us to a water leak at the meter. Honestly, we couldn't have had a better experience.

I am writing this review for my dad. Cam was at our house last month to do our six month service, He is an excellent master technician as we were very impressed with his skills and knowledge. He also graduated from one of the best technical colleges in the country for HVAC (Manatee Technical College). 5 out of 5 stars! OK

I thought I had a malfunctioning Thermostat. I wasn't a customer of Air & Energy but they treated me like one. Sergio the technician did deteailed check of the entire systerm. Turned out it wasn't the thermostat but two transformers. Fixed, solved, and under warranty. Sergio was super nice in the process and trustworthy. I mad the switch to Air& Energy

Great customer service from beginning to end. Tech provided his professional opinion that was honest- which I appreciated. Service was FAST and FRIENDLY. We replaced our water heater and with littles in the home- it was a relief to have done so fast.

Ronnie is the best! He went above and beyond and was able to hide all of the electrical work behind the wall and existing cabinet in connection with the installation of a new tankless water heater system. I wasn't expecting this. It was much to my surprise and greatly appreciated. He even installed brackets and screws underneath the cabinet top to make for easy removal when servicing the tankless water heater. So far everything is working very smoothly.

Keith was great. I explained to him the problem I was having with the toilet. He checked it out and knew immediately what needed to be done. He had the toilet fixed in 30 minutes. This was a first time I called on Air & Energy. I will definitely use them in the future.

Big thanks to Air & Energy especially Keith who worked late yesterday evening to get our Navien tankless water heater fixed. Although it took a week to get all the parts we were very satisfied with the professional service from the Technician to the office staff. Enjoying a hot shower!
