Reviews of local pros in Bradenton, Florida

Discount Air Conditioning is hands down the most reliable, trustworthy, and affordable company I have ever used. Rodney is honest, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. He went over and beyond during our weekend service call making sure we were comfortable during our Air Conditioning emergency. They service my whole family and I would not use anyone else.

Raz and Coby came out after hours when our AC broke. They got us up and running right away for the night and was out by noon the next day to fix it. Great service, reliable and professional. Will use them again for sure.

Very nice to work with. On time and knew what they were doing .Would use them again if needed . Huston represents the company very well .

My recent experience with Discount Air Conditioning was over the top. The technician, Rodney, went out of his way to work me into his his schedule. In doing so, he went above and beyond my expectations. He diagnosed and resolved my problem in a speedy, professional and pleasant manor. And the cost was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use them again. I will strongly recommend them to, not only my family and friends, but to my community as a whole.

Razz and his team go above and beyond to do a great job, they are the BEST!! Our repair was difficult but they were so knowledgeable and dependable, they resolved our issue and were extremely friendly and professional. I will recommend Discount Air Conditioning to all of my friends. We have already recommended them to our family for their air conditioning needs and they did a great job there too!

If I could give them a 100 Star rating – I would!!
On April 21, 2022 I experienced a power surge that knocked out my AC power box. I called the 24 hour line at 4am and I got a call back at 7am! They came out that very day. As the day progressed, my issues grew and my old system just kept failing. Discount AC never gave up! They just kept at it. Bottom line, I needed a new unit. They worked with me to find the best system for my home. Discount AC really took care of me - no games - didn't try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Genuine, knowledgeable, professional, quick and proficient. After the install was done, Discount AC actually left me WAY better off than I ever was before the power surge! I will always call them. I trust them. I highly recommend Discount AC to anyone looking for honest, quick, expert service with affordable rates.

Excellent work. Showed on timed and completed job in a timely manner. Made sure work area was clean and everything back in place.

Always professional and friendly. You can trust their team to give you the best price and do the job right.

I got quotes from several air conditioning companies and all of them wanted to replace my AC system. Discount AC was the only one that said I could just repair it at a fraction of the price. Now it's working near perfect. Great service at a great price

Did a great job diagnosing the issue with minutes with their tech's expertise. Gave a fair price to repair and fixed our issue quickly and with precision. Stayed to make sure things were working properly with a few tests and they were done. I would recommend this company for you AC needs.

Every time I call, overtime they visit.
It is always onetime and professional.
So few offer these simple things anymore.
Would recommend to everyone.. Thanks Kim

Houston Sharp arrived on time and completed the A/C system maintenance. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly- appreciate your expertise. I recommend Discount Air Conditioning for your air conditioning needs.

This AC company is one of the best ac companies in Florida. They are honest, reliable and affordable. Folks if you ever need an ac company in the Bradenton area that is honest, reliable and affordable look no further call Discount Air. You will be happy you called them.

I can’t say enough good things about Discount Air Conditioning and especially Raz, the owner. My AC went out unexpectedly, and Raz showed up after hours without hesitation. That alone says a lot about his commitment to helping people.

He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the time to explain the problem, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. No upselling, no pressure—just honest, top-notch service and great sense of humor.

It’s rare to find someone this reliable, especially after hours. If you ever need AC work done, Raz is the guy to call. Great service, fair pricing, and someone who truly cares.

Thanks again, Raz. You definitely earned a loyal customer.

As a 5th generation native of Manatee County, I am only too aware of how the big companies take advantage of customers, not caring whether you call them again or not. I am always on the hunt for a family owned operation. When I found myself dissatisfied with the big company I had been relying on, I called Discount Air at 8am on Sunday morning, expecting to leave a message. The owner himself actually answered the phone. Ras arranged to send someone out at 8am Monday. Instead, he showed up himself and diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote that was about half of the amount that the Big Boys had given me. It was a fairly big job but Ras said he would try to return that afternoon. By 4pm he was back with Michael and they professionally completed the work. Most important: my wife has her air conditioning back and we have Ras and Michael to thank. And my checkbook is very grateful as well........update: Houston was out today to service both of our systems. Great job. Won't use anyone else

Work was done efficiently and on a timely matter, but does take along time to install a new unit!! The owner is amazing and does the install!! Heard nothing but good things with this company, I am very happy 😊
