Air & Heat is always consistent in delivering top shelf service whether it’s a routine maintenance or an AC emergency, which I had. They promptly sent someone out that I felt very comfortable with and corrected the issue in less than an hour. I was sure I needed a new AC unit, and feel blessed that I was informed that the issue was absolutely repairable, instead of pushing me to purchase a new unit, or charge me with extreme and costly repairs. Thank you Air & Heat for being honest, trustworthy and always reliable! This will always be my “go-to” AC company!

A great company in the time of need. We’ve been with Air and Heat going on 8 years now and wouldn’t go with anyone else. They are friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and not a pushy type company. They go out of there way to help you in the time of need. 5 stars to Air & Heat!

Great work with an excellent price. After a complete and excellent job there was one piece to be installed later that I totally forgot about. They contacted me said they were coming to install it. We've used Air and Heat's services for a couple of years now. I was referred by another Colony Cove Ellenton resident. We always received prompt service by experienced technicians. Excellent, professional, knowledgeable staff, also educated me as to my system, which I appreciated very much, as we just purchased the house in August of last year.
I highly recommend this company for commercial and residential needs. We've been with them for years and they're top notch. The office staff are fantastic!

Did Alot of research before purchasing a new unit, air & heat had the best price and seemed like one of the more honest companies. 2 weeks later I had a little connectivity issue with my thermostat (didn’t know this at the time) but they were out at my house in less than 45 min on a Sunday. Great company!

Our Air & Heat technician arrived on time after a text that he was encountered. He was through and professional. A comprehensive report was delivered with photos of all system readings as evidence of his work and system checks. Been using Air & Heat for six years, ever since they installed the new HVAC and have not regretted that decision.

1/14/26. Got a call from their administrative person saying sorry your email went into our spam folder. My response "the work has been done".

11/27/25 update. I had asked if they installed nest thermostats and got a quote. When I emailed to get one installed, no response.

I was very pleased with Air & Heat. I had them install (3) UV bulb units to keep the mildew out of my HVAC air handlers. The scheduling was easy. Daniel showed up on time and finished in about an hour. I got an exorbitant quote for the company that now does my scheduled service. Air and Heat came in at a fraction of that quote at a price I thought was fair. I plan to switch to A&H as my regular servicer.

Excellent experience with Air & Heat! Cam, the technician arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He performed a thorough maintenance check and found I needed a new capacitor, which he installed. We’ll definitely continue using Air & Heat and highly recommend their service!

Especially cleaning the exterior coil, vacuumed from the inside flushed with water from the outside and took his time because ours was extra dirty.
Explained any questions we had.
When done with cleaning cranked up the AC to make sure all is well.

Not that these guys need more positive reviews, but they definitely deserve every one of them. I recently needed a quote for some anticipated AC system work, to restore proper function after some hurricane damage renovations.
Ras, the owner of Discount Air Conditioning came to make the assessment. He was extremely knowledgeable, took a great deal of time assessing the system, inside and out. He was open about the possibilities of addressing the situation, and we talked through these options.
Ultimately, we agreed that it would function as expected, once we added one more panel to the existing wall...with no work from his company.
I can't stress enough, how professionally and carefully Ras handled the situation. He spent 30-45 minutes assessing the need and potential solutions, and when the best solution ended up being no work for them, he was actually glad that I didn't have to bear the additional expense.
Will definitely call Ras and his team for any AC related issues!
