Ricky was courteous and professional. He had full knowledge the service call for the HVAC. I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.He was clean and Tidy!

Not sure how to give any lower of a ranking than one star. This is probably the worst company I have had to deal with. Their service in the past year has done down hill fast and with the service they have provided I can understand why. The company moved my quarterly maintenance three times. When they finally set a date, they missed the window. At the time of the last repair, they were supposed to be out between 1-4, after 3 calls and missing several activities on a Friday night, they showed up at 8. I asked about their arrive on time or don't pay a dime guarantee. I was told I would have to speak to the service branch manager. I ended up paying for the repair and was told I should be able to get some sort of refund. After three attempts to contact the branch manager, I have not received a call back. I am not sure if he is just that busy or not getting the messages. This seems to be the story with this company, always late and never follows up. Look at anyone else in the area for HVAC service, because with this company you may not get serviced. I am also starting to see the same with their other group at Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Sparky electrical.

I did call last minute an emergency service on Sunday. Karis came within 1 hour and did a whole inspection of my AC/condenser unit. Problem was solved same day. Totally recommended, service worth the price 100%

Today Greg and Cody installed a new a/c unit for me. Greg noticed a fitting wasn’t right so he informed me office. Then on his own time drove to north port to get proper part and install. They were very knowledgeable how to operate and pair my phone to thermostat. Mathew was once my tech now he was my sales person who takes care of all operations. Glad I chose one hour air to rely on

WOW! What just happened ? Tuesday I had an appointment with One Hour Air. After his survey, the Technician explained how my unit was pretty much at the end of it's life. I was told that back in March that I was going to have to make a decision. So,I was expecting it. He verbally walked me through what was next. So, I agreed and was totally Blown away when he told me he could arrange a team to come the very next day. Sure enough, right after 9 am they,were here and worked feverlouslyfor the next 5 -6 hours. Greg and his helpers, Orian and Kobe, got it all done, clean and working by the end of the afternoon. All I could say at the time was WOW! Funny, at the time , I was at a loss for words. What a Great Job? I want to thank Team Leader Greg and Orian and Kobe for a Most Excellant Job Wrll done. It's Guys like this that bring Pride to their Company. All else I can say is WOW!

I’ve been a customer of One Hour for over 20 years and although I’ve always been satisfied with their response and their work, my latest experience was exceptional. The young man, his name is Jake, was sent to my home to check out my malfunctioning air conditioner. After an extensive inspection of the system, he informed me that I had a few choices and explained them in detail. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable, giving me sufficient time to consider my choices. I will continue to be a customer of One Air and will definitely ask for Jake for my regular six months service calls.

We recently faced a significant issue with our air conditioning system, leaving our home uncomfortably warm. After reaching out to several contractors for estimates, one name stood out: Matt Stroud from One Hour Air Conditioning. From the moment we spoke with him, it was clear that he was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for our needs.

Matt presented us with various options, including an innovative inverter system designed to maximize our home's efficiency and ensure we had access to quality, clean air. His professionalism and expertise gave us confidence in our decision.

The very next day, on a Saturday, we were pleasantly surprised to have Jimmy, Greg, and Chris arrive promptly to tackle the installation. They worked tirelessly, demonstrating incredible dedication and skill. They installed the new Goodman Fit inverter system, replaced all of the ductwork, and set up a Diakin one-touch thermostat alongside the OxyQuantum triple remote UV and odor control system, as well as the Micro Power Guard air cleaner.

The results have been nothing short of fantastic. The air quality in our home has improved significantly, and we can now enjoy a comfortable living environment once again.

Jeff M. from One Hour Air was awesome to work with. Super professional, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We had an issue that multiple other contractors couldn’t figure out, and Jeff came in, diagnosed it quickly, and actually fixed the problem.
He explained everything clearly and you could tell right away he really knows what he’s doing. I’d absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone needing HVAC work — he saved us a ton of time and frustration.

Twice now have been passed by for the afternoon appt. No message or phone calls. I had to call twice. Would have been nice to have a phone call to let us know the tech went home. Called at 6:13 was told the tech was finishing up a job and should be over. 7 rolled around no tech. Called back and was informed we would not be served tonight. Tech went home early. This was crucial I have two rabbits that can not have temps over 74 degrees stresses them out. Now I have fans and hopefully that will cool them off. We are not happy about this. We now have an appt for Wed at 8 to 12. Third time's a charm, in mean time I got to figure out how to keep the back room cool for my buns.

We had the pleasure of having Bert come out to take care of the maintenance needed on the furnaces. He was professional, respectful & attentive, with great communication during the entire process. He was very friendly and accomplished the job from beginning to end with technical expertise, and his work ethic was noticeable and appreciated. We are very satisfied with the completed work and will definitely consider One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating for any future needs. Thank you Bert for giving us a positive experience!!!
