Had a great experience with Elite Air! Everyone we dealt with, from the sales rep to the techs was super friendly and professional. The install crew showed up on time, worked fast, and did a great job. Really happy with the whole process!

I hired One Hour AC & Heating to perform regular maintenance of several HVAC systems and the technician they sent out, Keith, did a great job! He was thorough, efficient, professional, and made recommendations to help keep the systems in good condition. I will continue to use One Hour for my HVAC needs and recommend them to others.

Air broke. In Florida that’s worse case scenario. Except bugs. Bugs are the only thing that top horrible things in Florida. So anyways, the sent out a snarky Puerto Rican, perfect for my personality. He’s very thorough in his work. Checked everything and had a part ordered. Part came in and I scheduled to have it installed. Same technician came out. I like that. Consistency. It was pretty dang hot in my garage and he kept a great attitude, as I checked on him several times in the 5 hours he was on the ladder. He made sure not to rush the job. In the end he checked to see that everything was correct and functioning. Ran into a small issue that was fixed in a few seconds. Boom , short time later the AC was 88° down to 74°. What a great guy. Very personable. Got the job done correctly and didn’t try to make me buy anything else, unlike the other companies I’ve used.

Our AC quit yesterday evening and it was 86 degrees in here this am. I called One Hour and a very knowledgeable tech, Tyler was here within about an hour or so . He checked the complete system, repaired the AC unit and we are now up and running with cool air again. I highly recommend One Hour and Kudos to Tyler!👍😊 He was professional, friendly , and explained exactly what the problem was and repaired it in a short amount of time. We are now happy and getting cooler!

Our AC stopped working so I called them first thing in the morning 8:30. Luis arrived at 9:45! He spent quite a bit of time analyzing the issue and he explained what our issue was. He did a timely job repairing our unit. He was very knowledgable and a very nice gentleman. I would definitely use One Hour again without hesitation.

6/30/2025 - Tyler came and installed a new compressor for one of our HVAC units today. Had to wait about a week for the part which was expected. But from when the part came in to when it was installed was quick. The whole thing was completely done in less than 2.5 hours and we are again relaxing in comfort. Thanks to Tyler and the whole One Hour Air team for working with me to get this resolved as fast as humanly possible. Tyler and his coworker (I apologize for not remembering his name) were very professional and got our AC running again nice and quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC work.

I have had a rocky start with both my AC units. I needed to replace both units after moving to Florida in 2016. There were some issues that occurred after the new units were installed that caused me some distress. I have to credit One Hour Air for being responsive to me and honestly listening to my concerns. Brandy returned my call to One Hour promptly and honestly listened to my concerns. Chris and Amy arrived shortly after we spoke and made sure both my systems were working properly and let me know what I needed to watch out for. They addressed my issue, were very professional and provided me with the confidence and trust I needed to move forward. I signed up for their maintenance plan which if you live here in Florida is simply essential to the proper maintenance and will mitigate unforeseen costs should something go wrong. I’m glad I decided to call them back because One Hour Air does care about me as a customer.
9/6/2023 - HVAC Maintenance today. Keith Freeman performed my maintenance today. Keith got my systems maintenance completed and provided really good advice for me to make sure my AC systems perform properly and have the best chance for longevity. I give today’s experience 5 stars.
2/12/2025 - HVAC Maintenance today. Johan arrived right on time and even finished up all within the time window One Hour Air provided during scheduling. Maintenance included swapping out the filters, cleaning the evaporator coils and verifying all voltages and temperatures were within spec. Johan was professional and pleasant ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

Lewis arrived and explained my AC problem after checking all equipment. He has been able to get my AC to cool down and I have already received confirmation for the follow up appointment to complete the repairs. One Hour should be pleased to have a technician as excellent as Lewis

Luis did a great job, and was great to talk to. The only thing we still have no air. Had to order a part. My system is under 4 yrs old and have had a lot of problems in the last 6 weeks. Was given a email address to address my problems. Did 5 times but no one ever gets back to me to resolve the problems. The technicians have always do what they can, but can not ever talk to someone with authority. The 5 stars are for Luis.

Again, we were very happy with Jake's work on our A/C system, he is very professional, pleasant and efficient. Jake explained the problem and solution which he implemented in an excellent manner. We'll be asking for him again.

The technician that came out Tyler was very polite and fixed our issue. Not faulting Tyler but, our scheduled time was between 2-6. He was running late. Had to charge another $60 for an emergency fee? (After 6 pm) So $89 service fee became a $149 service fee. Not the technician's fault. This just seems to be a sneaky/ wrong company practice.

My heater quit working in the middle of the night and I called one hour immediately. They scheduled me as a priority and by 11:00am my home was comfortable again. Thank you Tyler Bryant and the one hour team for your prompt service.

One Hour Air responded promptly to my service request and showed up in the window as promised. Their communication was proactive and timely. Our service tech Tyler did a great job. Great listener and answered all of my questions. I cancelled my other service provider and have joined the One Hour AC as a new customer. Thanks to everyone for the great service experience.

Returned home from a trip Friday afternoon to no AC called One Hour Air, it was 5:15 not sure I would get anyone but I did, she scheduled someone to come out that evening at 6:00 a window from 6:00pm to 12:00am. That was great, at 8:30 still nothing my husband called a man answered and said his technician was still on a call but would be here as soon as he was finished, he said it was his "best technician". Around 11:00pm we went to bed and no one ever showed up!! My husband called first thing Saturday morning and they said the technician didn't leave any notes, hello he never came! My husband said well we should be the first on the service list that day she proceeded to tell him they didn't have anyone! Never used this company and never will worst communication and worst customer service I've ever experienced! If you can't do it tell me that so I can call someone else.

Our air has been on the fritz and they were able to come out quickly and take care of the issue, as well as set up a membership for us so we can have piece of mind in the future. Our tech Tyler Bryant was friendly and professional, and explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. We received quality work from them and we are thankful and satisfied!

Louis did an excellent job , fully explained the check up results. Found a dirty coil inside and took extra time to clean everything leaving our AC in top working order. Very happy with service today. Thanks, Mike S
