Excellent experience and I chose Elite service because of the great reviews. Chris May was my service technician he was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly with photos. I highly recommended Chris and Elite. ( my issue was an old water heater) Any electrical, HVAC or electrical issue I will call Elite services! Very fast turnaround time from the original call, Chris was here in under a hour! Happy customer!

Although they did come out on a weekend... the simple vacuuming of the line to unclogg and empty pan. should never cost $350. then I had to Beg for an invoice. these companies are only about getting a service contract. not truly helping home owners... The technician was extremely. nice and walked the owner through the once a month vinegar to keep pipes unclogged. still would not use them agian... price is way to high for a simple service call less than hour.

I’m certain that everyone just looks at total star rating like we did and didn’t look at all the one star reviews. Unfortunately we called Elite, at first, for an electrical panel upgrade. We needed to add a single 220 outlet for our dryer. When they came out, we were told that the entire panel needed to be updated for just shy of $6k. We scheduled and supposedly was completed in early December.
Today is January 31st and they still have not been able to pass inspections. Multiple times they’ve been out attempting to fix and multiple re-inspections. Each time, I have to take off work, both when Elite tries to fix the problem, and then for another inspection. 2 months and they can’t get it right. On the last attempt, the electricians did something that caused the power company to immediately send someone out because they received an alert. I saw them pull into my driveway really fast and I ran out to see what was wrong. The power company told me these idiots pulled the meter, which they are not allowed to do. 2 weeks later we received an email that our electric was to be shut off in 24 hrs for failure to pay a bill. When we logged in, there was a $250 fine for the meter being pulled. Of course we had to pay it to keep our service. When we called Elite to report it, they rudely tell you to reach out to your salesman. I sent the bill to the salesman and crickets. When they called me to schedule another inspection with the building inspector, we mentioned it again. They acted confused like they’ve never heard of this before. We asked for an email to forward the power companies invoice that we paid and again, reach out to your salesman. Elite refuses to give you an email to send the invoice to. To make matters worse, we hired them to replace two a/c units before we knew all of the failure to pass inspection issues. Seemed to go fine, but wouldn’t you know it..failed inspection. Another day off work for them to fix what the inspector said was wrong and another day go the re-inspection. I had a local family owned a/c company come out to see why they would fail an inspection and to inspect their work. They said I paid $22k more than anyone should have charged, even at a higher labor rate. With all of these issues, I wouldn’t want them back on my property. This is clearly good for them though, as they won’t have to honor their warranty, which I doubt highly they would stand behind. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Right away. We had a leaky faucet in our main shower and we needed a new cartridge. He explained what he had to do and got it done efficiently. He spoke well and worked neatly in the area. I would recommend this company every time for plumbing issues. Thank you for the 5 star service.

Had a problem with our A/C 2 days before leaving for an extended European cruise. Our regular repair service could not get to our problem in time, so I contacted Elite. Best decision I ever made! Our appointment was confirmed within 10 minutes of booking and the appointment was literally set for 3 hrs. later. The technician was running slightly behind, and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Our technician, Trevor was one of best repair professionals we have had at our home. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient are the words that come to mind. He diagnosed our problem quickly, repaired it and even offered an additional service and repair ( which we happily agreed to) to keep us operating smoothly and incident free. We even signed up to have them as our regular A/C service provider.
You will definitely not be making a mistake when you contact Elite. Their service speaks for itself!

From the initial service tech to the sales rep to the installation crew. Everyone was professional, polite, and competent. For having to replace an entire AC system in middle August this was a fantastic experience. I would and will highly recommend Elite to people that need work done

Where do I begin my AC unit went Ca putt so I called Elite Heating And Air.The first person I talk to was Tiffany she was awesome so I went with your company ,so then Blake came to the house another amazing person he explained to us our AC was old needed to be replaced that same night Brian came out 6 o’clock at night. Wow that’s dedication. He explained our options very impressive. Very informative. The very next day Nick and Rafael came out to install our new AC. they worked hard and I can tell by the way they work that they were experienced what really nice guys even through all my questions as they worked. They all deserve a raise from the first call to the last install your company should be very proud to have such amazing employees!!!

Elite was out to install a new AC within one day of my previous unit failing and also on a weekend. Ken and Alan were both very professional and explained everything to me which was helpful since I know very little about AC. My house is nice and cool once again. I highly recommend their services and will be definitely using them again in the future.

Arrived on time, very polite, and I’m happy with my new AC system on Day 1. Ken also did a few extra things to make the unit nice and tidy. Pricing was $2700 below another well known competitor too! Also, a shout out for my Comfort Consultant Kristopher N. for being patient and answering all my questions without any hard sell tactics. Thank you to the entire team.

We called in the morning and our tech was here by 1PM, received a courtesy call when he was on his way here. He diagnosed our problem and gave us options to consider. Chris was knowledgeable and efficient, respectful of property, friendly and communicative. We will definitely consider a maintenance contract with Elite.

New air. So far, works well. Installers were super, definitely know their business. Sales rep. the same. So far Elite has been my new go too. They recently put in a new water heater, with also great service by installer, and a reasonable price.

Trey with the Sarasota office did a great job on my H20 tank. He explained everything and was very thorough. He did not make a mess and was very neat with tools and supplies. He took his time and tested everything before he left and asked if I had any questions. Great service would highly recommend!

I had a service contract with another local company—I called 6 times on their emergency number when my AC was completely out. I gave up and called Elite based on reviews—they had a technician Matthew here with several hours who was knowledgeable, conscientious and diagnosed and remedied the issues and got everything up and running. Beware as apparently either lightening or other power surge blew out parts in the condenser so I also added the protection of a surge protector. Have changed my service contract to Elite. Matthew is great representative of the company.

Excellent service! Trey was courteous and went above and beyond to explain plumbing items that normally wouldn’t understand. My house was left clean (wore little booties the whole time) and I feel confident that Trey did my servicing well. Reached out to them Wednesday night and was offered service the same day!

Replaced my water heater with one that I purchased from Home Depot. Installation went very well. My tech Trey Cross did an excellent job in a timely manner, was very polite, professional, and informative. He answered all my questions. His partner in training ( sorry I'm not sure what his name was ) was very pleasant and helpful also! I highly recommend them and this company. Thank you so much guys! Been researching a company for hvac and plumbing, found ELITE. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. Phone staff is very knowledgeable and will explain things clearly and simply, easy to understand. Response time is wonderful and the techs are top notch. Very competitive pricing. Yearly service plan is priced right and a must for peace of mind. No pressure sales, offers education and solutions for problems. They are respectful to clients needs and financials and won't try to sell you something you don't need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you to Richard, Kris and my installers.

First time using Elite Plumbing services. Great experience. The receptionist Amber was super friendly. She arranged for same day service even though I called a little late in the afternoon. Technicians, Trey and his apprentice, were also friendly and knowledgable. Cleared our main drain line very quickly and used their camera to show me that the line was now clear going into the house and down to the street. Would absolutely recommend their services to others.
