I will start with I do not know anything about the A/C part of this company but the plumbing department needs to be stopped. I would not give them one star but the review would not let me post without one. I do not give bad reviews on a normal but it has not been a year and the work this company did at my house is horrible, shameful, and falling apart. I have to hire a handyman to fix the damage they have done. First they did not pull permits, they gave me only one way to solve my problem which has made many more problems. I had a leak somewhere and they said they would have to repipe my water lines. They hung them on the outside of my house which looks bad and are now falling down. The clips they used to hang the pipes on the walls are plastic and have broken causing them falling off the walls, causing me to have to hire a handyman to come fix them before the pipes themself break. I should not have to pay to fix something that I already paid $9500.00 for. They forced me to buy and install a larger hot water heater which has raise our water bill by $20-$30 a month. Plus now my washer has to sit sideways. It takes a long time to get hot water and that is a factor in the bill increase. I am only sharing this so no one else will loose value in their home and a lot of money.

You stated that it was your practice to recommend annual replacement of UV lights for AC units. However, not one time did either of the technicians that recommended this service say it was recommended for annual maintenance, they said that our light needed to be replaced period. Also, why would they feel the need to unplug it and/or blatantly lie that was burned out, because that’s exactly what they did. In fact the second technician was bold enough to take a picture of what appeared as a burned out UV light on our AC unit and attach it to an email that was sent to us afterwards to show proof of it so we would then pay $300 to have it replaced. Also, how can you even remotely justify charging your customers $300 for a $50 UV light that probably takes at the most 5-10 minutes to replace? That’s pure insanity. Again, you have not convinced me that you are not a dishonest company preying on your customers that are at your mercy to render a service that is necessary in the climate that we have here in the state of Florida. We still stand on our word that we will not be recommending your services to any one we know and hope you learn how to work on improving the integrity of your company. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to serving your community and especially if you want returning satisfied customers. We were stuck and in a jam. Jesse Martinez came to our place and he was so polite and courteous that he made us feel very comfortable. He took his time and explained everything that needed to be done. Within an hour he had a coworker deliver the hot water tank….she was a very lively lady. Yes, the cost was a lot but the work had to be done. And, it had to be done right! I would highly recommend AC Warehouse for sales/service and installation.

Great team of workers from William and Colleen to the installers Joseph and Salim, all are very helpful and courteous. The installers did an excellent job! They did a new HW heater, installed a water treatment system and replaced the back flow. I was surprised at how quickly they accomplished the whole job. They went over the easy instructions for all the new equipment and made sure everything was done and working correctly.

The Team at AC Warehouse have been very professional from the initial maintenance on my old hvac system to the new installed hvac system. Matt who did the maintenance and quote for a new system was in contact but not in a pushy way while we did research to make a decision. Roberto and Darvin the installers were both competent, friendly, and professional. The financing is also most accommodating with the term for affordability. We checked a few different banking options. Definitely consider working with AC Warehouse!

I recently used A/C Warehouse for plumbing service at my home in Sarasota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the company was professional, reliable, and extremely easy to communicate with. They showed up on time, and got the job done right the first time.

I had a new HVAC system installed last year with AC warehouse and it went smoothly and I have been satisfied with its operation thus far. There were 2 maintenance calls included and I plan to continue with them thru ACW. My service guy, Randall Smith, was an affable guy and did a thorough job. I would recommend AC warehouse

Bottom of the barrel. My husband and I just replaced the air handler that AC Warehouse installed FOUR years ago. Terrible installation. Two faulty floater switches. Had to replace duct work, mold coming out of vents. Unit overflowed, causing damage to our house and downstairs neighbor. Opened an insurance claim. Pictures attached. My husband is a retired Police Officer, Air Force veteran, and has Alzheimer’s, this is criminal to me. My recommendation is that you use the professional company we just had to replace our unit. Top notch, Climatic Conditioning, Sarasota.

They did a very professional job and answered all my questions I’m very happy with the work done!

Called this company and immediately got an answer from a helpful representative that understood my frustrations and got me right on the schedule, the technician called me on his way and gave me a time of arrival, he showed up diagnosed my issue and was able to explain to me in a way I understood and felt comfortable, he told me what it would cost for repairs and it was very affordable. Very happy with AC Warehouse!! Will recommend them to all my friends/family in need!

After living in the home for 20 years, and having an air conditioning system that was almost as old, we chose to replace it.
Rick K. came out on Tuesday, we agreed on a price, and The installation was scheduled for the next day at 8:00 a.m., Dean and Wayne were right on time!
Both technicians were very professional, answered several questions for us, and finish the job in 4 hours. They cleaned up everything when they were done, leaving it better than when they arrived.
I am happy to recommend AC Warehouse for anybody looking for quality, value and professionalism!
So, it's 2 days after the installation, I was out all day, and when I got home, at 5:00 p.m., I turned the thermostat down 3° and after about 90 seconds the whole system shut down. So, due to the hour, I called the office and spoke to Jessica; she assured me that she would have somebody available until at least 10:00 p.m., if necessary. The system started back up and ran flawlessly for an hour, at which time I was going to call them back, when Jessica called me!!! I reported to her that everything seemed to be functioning properly.
She reiterated to me that she would have somebody available for the next several hours, and not to hesitate to give her a call.
Now, I have on several businesses in the seven plus decades I've been around, and I felt very fortunate when I was able to hire somebody who cared as much as Jessica did about my issue this afternoon.
I think most of us would agree that finding this sort of customer service is becoming more and more rare. I am really glad that I chose AC Warehouse, and I will in the future...

An AWESOME experience from the first phone call to set up an appointment. This company works together as a whole. There is constant communication amongst themselves, and with customers. Martin Martinez came out to service the unit and found that I needed a replacement. The company worked with me to find the ideal situation in order for me to get one the next day. Kyler and Randy came to install the unit. They were very helpful, efficient, and kind. As a whole,I would recommend this company to anyone searching for a company that I feel is honest and won’t take advantage of your situation!

Mason Mcrae was fantastic! He just performed a thorough maintenance on my A/C. This maintenance was included in my new system purchase. He was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Also he answered all of my questions. What a great asset to your team at A/C Warehouse!

Install was done 2 days ago with 2 stage heat pump and 2nd stage would not come on. Contacted my salesman Rick Kinsella(who was great) and AC Warehouse sent Andrew Hitt to solve the issue which he was able to do with great expertise. Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Randell Smith was my technician from A/C wearhouse. He was professional and on time. He was kind to my 2 dogs and at times can be over friendly. He explained what he was going to do and answered all questions I might have had. He also wasn’t pushy on doing upgrades to my 6 month old system. I will request him when it’s time for my next service appointment!

Aracelio was absolutely the best ever he came immediately and fixed our problem in minutes. Very nice to talk to and very respectful. We will want him anytime we have a problem. The person who came out on Saturday did everything wrong.

They came out right away and serviced us. Really easy to communicate with. A couple very pleasant guys came out. The price was good. They identified the leak and replaced what they needed to. Very efficient and fast. I would highly recommend them 🙂

I had a bad hot water leak under the concrete slab of my house. Ethan (plumbing division) turned the hot water off & recommend a great company that would track the exact location of the leak since it wasn't in a wall or ceiling. The day after the leak was located Eathen & another experienced gentleman were out, they removed some concrete fixed the bad elbow joint. After the repair was dry & confirmed not to leak they replaced the excavated concrete with a smooth finish. They gave the hot water heater a good once over & made sure it was up & running. They were professional, polite, neat & did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them. Ask for Ethan.
