Aleco installed 2 ACs for our house. Alex the owner is very responsive, and the price is very competitive for the top of the line product (Trane 18 seer and 20 seer variable). John the Technician is very experience and knowledgeable who solved the main issue. Now with the outside at 96 degrees, our AC runs very good.

Moved into a new house. Fan constantly running even when AC off. Alex really understood the system and knew how to correct it. Not cheap but probably a fair price. I strongly recommend Aleco

A (new) customer for life. The fan on our condensing unit stopped spinning around 7pm on a day when the heat index was around 110 degrees. The house quickly grew hotter and we contacted another HVAC company (twice) and never received a call back from a tech to come service the unit. We completed the online form with Aleco around 1030pm and within 10 minutes Alex called, we discussed the symptoms and he advised he'd be on site in 45 minutes, as he was just finishing another job. Alex showed up when promised and quickly diagnosed the problem. Within two hours our unit was back in working order. There when he said he'd be, professional, courteous and got the job done. All around 1am! I'll never call anyone but Aleco for any of our HVAC needs!

The customer service & product expertise at Aleco is above & beyond. Alex is a consummate professional, as well as honest & trustworthy. We have needed their service several times due to the aging unit in my newly purchased home & he has been so helpful during the process of replacing the HVAC unit.

My air conditioner had not been maintained by the previous owner and it broke down on a Saturday morning. The ALECO AC Experts came the same day and cleaned all of the parts, replaced the motor, soldered a leak, added the Freon and had all of the necessary materials within their blue van. They are a nice, helpful & informative company. Now my AC will be more efficient, my bill will go down & my AC unit will last longer. And ALECO AC will check my AC yearly. I highly recommend ALECO AC as I sit comfortably in my cool home on this same Saturday writing this!!!!!

Carlos was direct and helpful in scheduling my repair service. When Aleco had a schedule change, he called to move my service date up as I had requested. John was personable and knowledgeable in installing the repair parts and getting our A/C up and running again.

Aleco A/C was a life saver at my business. During the Florida heat wave, they responded to my no air call on a Sunday for one of my 2 units . This unit was 18 years old and not able to be repaired. Anew unit was installed the next day and my business did not miss a beat. Two weeks later a second unit which was only 2 years old stopped working. Called the contractor that installed it and they were 4 days out. Called Aleco and they were there the next day and repaired a minor issue. Had me up and running in a day without any affect to my business.

Excellent service from Alex. I received a written proposal and quote with full description of work and components within 2 hours of contact. I compared the quote with other companies and by far his proposal had a top quality unit and best price. Within two days my unit was installed. We had one problem with the drain line and called Aleco at 8:45 PM and received a call from Alex within 15 minutes. He returned the next day, on time, and found the problem. We've had no issues since. I highly recommend Aleco which is an owner run business!

Alex from Alecoair was here today for our annual inspection. He did a terrific job of identifying 3 problems associated with our air conditioner system. Never have I experienced a more thorough and professional identification of problems and solutions presented. I am so grateful for Aleco! We had water leaking during the terrible storm we had and it ruined our bedroom floor. The water came from the AC area and we decided a professional should check it out. We had 3 vendors come out, asked a lot of questions, compared quotes, etc. We did our due diligence and it took considerable time. ALL 3 said we needed a new AC and duct work and gave us estimates of thousands. I even took out a home improvement loan. But about 2 days before the new AC was to be installed, we felt like something just didn't add up. We decided to get one more opinion and called Aleco. Ryan came out for the service call and was amazing! He said this is totally fixable and after some discussions with the office, he fixed it on the spot for only $395 and that price included a mainenance plan! He rechecked the system and all was well. He was kind, not condescending, and knew his business. He was a good explainer. I was so happy but also shocked that it took 4 vendors to finally find an honest one. I highly recommend this company! Kudos also to the office man who gave us such a good price. I don't remember his name, but you know who you are. Thank you so much!! You guys really made my day.

I just have to say how great Aleco AC is. I had a maintenance subscription with another AC company. When my ac broke I called them. 1. They were charging me to come out, but when they did they were reluctant to fix it. They want to sell them a new system. So I called Aleco for a second opinion. They sent someone out the next day on my time line. He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate.( Which was a lot lower than my old company) But I felt it was a honest estimate. And to fix it right there and then. Problem solved quick and stress free. They just want to fix my AC so I would be comfortable. My old company definitely gave me the feeling they wanted to take advantage of my situation and make money off it. I'm glad I have found an Ac company that I feel comfortable with. I will need a new system soon mines 11 years old so I will be looking at Aleco to replace it. Great company!

Aleco did a great job of serving both AC units at the house. They were prompt, kind and thorough. Nowadays, it’s hard to get great service but not from Aleco. I highly recommend Alex in his team.

I recently had a routine maintenance tune-up, the technician Ryan was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We were also informed of a couple things we could do for the best performance and life of our unit. Would definitely recommend ALECO and even though I hope to never need an emergency repair or replacement, I definitely know who I will be calling if I ever do! Thanks guys!

I used another AC company in Sarasota for 17 years and they were bought by a conglomerate and the service fell through the floor. In fact, when we purchased a new air conditioner from them a couple of years ago, they neglected to hook up the heating component. When we arrived home from a trip out of town after the Christmas holiday (just 2 months after the purchase) the heater wasn’t working and the company told me it would be 3 days before they could come check on the unit. Even though we had a contract with them for all those years, it was still going to be 3 days. The temperatures were getting down in the low 40s at night so I tried Aleco. They came out right away and found the heating component hadn’t been hooked up. We have recommended them and used them ever since and they never disappoint!!

I called ALECO AC to one of the properties I manage basically in the middle of the night. Tenants couldn’t sleep with AC down and I had little hope of finding someone out there late. However ALECO AC had someone out within the hour. Repairs had to be extensive and usually from my experience something like that requires preordered parts and scheduling. They had all parts on hand and repaired everything right through the night so our tenants could sleep in a nice cool home. I was VERY impressed! ALECO AC will definitely be my go to from now on!

Alex has been my H&A company for the past four years. Alex and his coworkers, Marcus, John and Carlos have done an excellent job taking care of my H&A service needs. They have come out to house at 10:00 pm to repair my air handler and condenser, they have replaced my entire system when my existing unit failed. They are always professional, always on time, friendly, and considerate. They wear the “booties” to protect my floors. I have never had to call them back to fix my H&A unit- they fix it the first time.
