Service was provided on time and professionally. The installers worked well as a team and wasted no time. They explained the process before and during the installation and answered all of my questions. They left the inside and outside of my condo clean and made sure I had no further questions. The whole experience with AC Warehouse was pleasant from the first meeting for the estimate through to the installation day. I had sought several estimates and AC Warehouse offered me the best price for the same HVAC system. I would highly recommend this company.

I didn't realize I had an issue with my AC unit until right before 5:00 PM on a Friday night. The CSR answered the call and dispatched Barry who was already on another call. He arrived around 7 smiling and ready to work! He assessed the issues explained a rough estimate and got to work fixing my unit. By 8:30ish t b e AC was running. Barry discussed other items that need to be addressed to keep the unit running for years to come. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism! ***** KUDOS Barry is an asset to your company!

I had been a long-time customer of Duffy Air—we’re talking 20 years at least. Recently, I called their number and reached A/C Warehouse instead. I wasn't familiar with this company, but I felt confident that Duffy wouldn't place his loyal customers in the wrong hands.

Well, I have to say, I was not expecting the "big corp" treatment that reminded me of Comcast—the kind where service is provided at the company's convenience, not the customer’s. You get a window of several hours to wait for a tech because, apparently, everyone knows customers have nothing better to do.

Then, I was politely informed that for $700, I could pay to have the same "same-day service" and real appointments that I got from Duffy Air for 20 years for free.

I will say the tech who did the work, Nehemiah, was delightful and very efficient. He matches the level of techs Duffy used to send my way. Unfortunately, I won’t be working with A/C Warehouse in the future. I’ll be taking the business for my three air conditioning units to a company that respects my time and provides reasonable appointments and communication.

One last thing: A/C Warehouse uses an AI bot to answer the phone and talk to you. I don’t think so. Nope, not for me.

We're enjoying a cool system, repaired and working less than 19 hours after our first call. They were our "second opinion" after another company gave a very high repair estimate. Mason came out late evening, worked in the dark, replaced one part and ordered another that we needed. Jacob came this morning and replaced the second item and now the system works and it was a small fraction of what the first company wanted to charge. Both techs were polite, friendly, helpful and COMPETENT. We highly recommend! Thanksgiving Dinner for the relatives is on again!

From start to finish the entire process was stress free. They arrived on time, and worked in an organized and efficient manner with each tech completing specific tasks to complete all facets of the installation as one. Replaced two complete systems in four hours.

Took the time to explain the installation process, and made sure both thermostat were connected to WiFi and I had the app set up correctly. Insured both systems were operating properly in all modes and documented system parameters complete with photos.

Very responsible and respectful crew!!

The technician you sent this time, he is not a professional technician.
He is lost and doesn't know what to do.
He wasted our time searching for a refrigerant leak. He thinks there's a leak even though the unit is working properly. He tried repeatedly with all his tricks to find the leak, but to no got well .
He lost one of the fan nuts and spent a long time searching, even digging around the floor next to the air conditioner. He couldn't find it.
He also wasted some of the refrigerant charge when he connected a tester and then opened it, reducing the refrigerant charge by half a pound. Please correct what he did.

From the first phone call to completion was a great experience. Allen Baker made the initial contact next day after our call. Great knowledge, sharp air tech with excellent people skills. Whole new system was chosen eliminating the problematic heat pump, going with electric heating element. Installation for the whole system in 2 1/2 hours with tune up. Randy Watson, Kyler Meline and one other worked great together, early arrival neat and clean completion. Will recommend AC Warehouse for new and service to everyone I meet!!!

I had a great experience with plumbing warehouse. They diagnosed an unknown leak in a matter of minutes and stayed professional throughout my service. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I can’t say enough positive things about Allen. We had a problem with our older HVAC and while he checked out the system thoroughly and was hoping like us, it was a small issue, it turned out it really wasn’t worth saving our outdated unit! He was professional, very knowledgeable and really took a situation and made it as painless as possible!

Also wanted to mention, he was able to come out to diagnose same day and will have our unit installed in just a few days! Kudos to AC Warehouse! Top notch!

Julian and Dean did an excellent job installing the new A/C flex duct to improve airflow to our southern bedroom. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly assess the issue before completing the installation with great attention to detail. The temperature difference is clearly noticeable — the room is now much more comfortable, even during hot Florida afternoons.

Technician Ethan and Ana in the office were excellent. Ethan made sure I was kept informed on what he was servicing at my house step by step. He was very mindful of the property. Excellent customer service. Ana was prompt on calling me back and worked around my schedule to get the service the same day I called. Thank you Ana for your patience and because of you both I will definitely use the services of AC warehouse. Great experience.

Dalian Gayaram was our technician today and he was timely, courteous and very thorough. He performed the service we scheduled and found an additional issue which we approved for repair/replacement. In addition there were a couple of other items he suggested we consider for future purchase and install. He was pleasant and explained everything to our satisfaction.

They did a great job! They built a shelf away from the hot water heater! Great job! Hopefully all goes well! So far so good AC blows cold air beautifully! I had to tell them to turn it down because it was cold in the matter of a few minutes!

Carlos and Iose did an excellent job. They are very professional and courteous. They are definitely a great team that takes pride in their work. These guys deserve a raise. This was a complete removal and replacement of the HVAC system.

In the midst of frenzy and chaos with a flooded toilet, Chris May came to our rescue. Chris was so helpful. He immediately understood the problem and calmly explained what it was that had resulted in the bathroom flood. We were very lucky to have Chris and all we can say is that Chris is the best!
