I had a service maintenance appointment on my air conditioner & my tech was Pete Humphrey. Pete was professional, courteous & knowledgeable. I have recommended Elite to other friends & will continue to do so.

I called Elite when a company I had a contract with could not come for 3 days to fix my non-working 1 1/2 year old central air conditioning unit in 90°weather in Florida. Elite was able to come as soon as possible the next day to assess the problem and correct it. They sent Mike, who was extremely professional, and explained everything to me. My capacitator had burned out and that was something the company I had a contract with should have noticed when they did the spring tune up and I told them the unit was rattling. To make a long story short, the first company duped me and told me I needed a new motor on such a young unit. We all know your back is to the wall when you don't know anything about this kind of stuff, and you're a woman alone. Needless to say, Mike fixed the problem, and I took a contract out with Elite. I then called the first company and canceled my appointment with them for a few days hence as well as the contract i had with them. I've seen some excellent reviews on here for Elite, and some pretty darn stupid ones too. My review is that they are a top-notch excellent company with professional servicemen as well as offering service as soon as possible. Five plus stars from me.

Mike came to my home on time and introduced himself as I let him in my home. He was a true professional! He spent quite some time going over my AC system from top to bottom. When he completed his inspection he informed me that my unit looked in good shape and that it was working as it should. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism. He clearly explained the service contract and I went ahead and signed up for this service. Between Garrett yesterday and Mike today I will be a customer for a long time.

Had our A/C maintenance today done by Charles from Elite. He was prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing to our system with no surprise charges,
I would highly recommend this company to all family and friends.

I called in for a clogged kitchen sink. The rep I spoke to told me that it would be $89 to diagnose and $119 to fix. When the technician showed up he told me that they would have to go on the roof and it would be more than 400.00. Today I had a new plumber come over and never needed to go on the roof. My plumbing is working perfectly now for under $100.00

Being a senior in not the greatest at remembering names, but the young gentleman that came to find the leak in my kitchen was so polite and hard worker. He had to go under my mobile home to search for the culprit. Ended up being a problem with piping to the water heater. He wasn't able to finish part because or a lack of a part. So no water in the kitchen. Very polite and very up forward. Good experience.

Initially we were impressed with the quick service when our old ac broke. That was 1.5 years ago. We purchased a new unit from
Elite. Now that unit isn't working and hasn't been since Christmas Eve. We called the day after Christmas to avoid the holiday, was told we had to wait until Monday for a capacitor. Now it's Monday and they don't have the part and Can't say when it will be in and when the unit will be fixed. If it was an older unit then I'd be more understanding, but not even 2 years old? You should be helping us, not putting us off. What a shame. Ripped off yet again by a dishonest company.

Elite plumbing responded to our call for help very quickly. The technician, Chris, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The work he did was done well. We would recommend Elite plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

Faucet sinks in one bathroom had very little water pressure.
Tech arrived on time, explained the process and completed the work with successful results.
Be glad to recommend service.

Exceptional Service – Miles is the Best!

I originally chose Elite because they called me first and offered same-day service, but now I’ll only use them because of Miles. He was hands down the best service provider I’ve ever had at my home—and I’ve worked with plumbers, electricians, roofers, pool specialists, landscapers, painters, and more. Miles was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to fix my tankless water heater and a valve issue with my pipe. Phenomenal service! Thank you, Miles! He goes the distance!

Charles Fandale from Elite came to service my HVAC and I was very impressed with his knowledge of Air conditioning and Humidity issues. I was so impressed that I am putting this review. I am not usually a person that does reviews but felt to make an exception in his case.
He did an excellent job explaining everything to me and I fully understand my situation and what to do moving forward

On time. Fixed price quote. Removed old water heater, returned to shop for new water heater, returned and installed new unit, tested water temperature, cleaned up and out the door in less that 3 hours. Answered any questions we had. Austin was clean, personable and very knowledgeable. A-One job and highly recommended.

What became a very bad week as far as home repairs when I called Elite and Charles showed up and gave us a little sanity back in our week with such quality service and repair. It’s good to know there’s still people like elite that are out there. Great job guys.

Austin came within an hour and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and installed a Hot Water Tank. He didn't act like he was bothered by the fact it was after 5 pm and he was starting the project. Austin was very professional and did an outstanding job

I want to be very clear: the service and scheduling department demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. The person on the other side of the phone was absolutely rude and zero empathy with a new customer. I will not do any further business with this company.

My wife called last Saturday, and the company took our credit card and personal information without first confirming they could perform the job. We scheduled a service call to clean a sink and washer drain that are connected to the same line. The drain was severely clogged, which I know because I attempted to clear it myself.

The appointment was scheduled for Sunday between 2:00–6:00 PM, yet the technician did not arrive until 8:00 PM. Our tenants waited the entire day without any communication or ETA.

The technician, Chris, contacted us before starting the job, and we agreed to the terms and the $327 charge to clean one drain. After approximately 60 minutes, he informed us that he was unable to resolve the issue and suggested we contact another company for deeper cleaning further down the line. He also warned that the sink and washer should not be used because the drain would clog again.

In summary, we paid $327 for a service that did not fix the problem and were left unable to use the sink or washer, the very reason we hired this company in the first place.

Called on the Saturday after Christmas. Staff was friendly and attentive. They sent a technician out 3 hours later. Sewer lines were cleared and a plan for future repairs were made. I didn’t feel pressure at all to purchase unnecessary services. I would highly recommend Elite for your plumbing needs!

Elite cooling, heating and plumbing was an Excellent company. My A/C went out, they came out the next day assessed the situation and gave me my options. I chose to have them replace the unit and the next day the guys were there and did an amazing job! Highly Recommend this company and the Honest, professionalism they provided.

We had a water heater leak. Austin came around within a couple of hours of us calling. Worked with us and gave a reasonable price. Replaced a new water heater straight away. And so by the afternoon we were all good again, very happy. Very nice and helpful gentleman and gave us a very prompt good service. We are happy with the work.

Outstanding experience with Elite!!! They provided an estimate on Friday and had our completely new system installed by 5pm on the following Monday. Installers were ontime, efficient and professional. Highly recommended!!!
