The absolute best! It’s hard to find an AC company that you can truly trust and these guys are it for me. I had no AC for a week and it was miserable. I decided to give Aleco a chance since they are closest to me and I am so happy I did! They were able to have someone come out same day and I had AC running again that night. My tech John was the best as well- so professional and really took his time explaining what the issue was and what needed to be replaced. I can’t thank him enough!! I will definitely be a loyal customer in the future.

The service was amazing. They were readily available for any questions and laid out all of the options available. They also informed me of the services/maintenance that were unnecessary and were the best price I could find. They helped step me through servicing the A/C myself when applicable to save some money as well. With their help, I was able to change out the A/C capacitor and get my A/C back up and running in no time! I highly recommend them.

Marquis, the service tech, and Ric, the manager were very professional, personable, and overall a pleasure to work with. They didn't try to hustle me into a new AC system like most companies will when they service a unit that is as old as mine and were very honest about the repairs that needed to be made. I liked being able to have a video chat with Ric after Marquis did the service so that we could talk about options. I recommend this company, appreciate that they employ veterans and military reservists, and I'll be calling them again.

Aleco AC & Heating Experts is an outstanding A/C company that I've turned to several times and have always been impressed with their service. When I needed three dampers replaced during a scorching hot day in August last year at my father's townhouse, they responded quickly, diagnosed the issue honestly, and charged a fair, reasonable price. More recently, after hurricane Helene damaged my home's A/C beyond repair, Aleco's team was extremely helpful—they guided me through my options, explained which systems would be sized right for my house, and answered all my questions. Their technicians did a fantastic job installing my new unit and took the time to explain how to keep it running smoothly. I highly recommend Aleco to anyone who needs reliable A/C repair or a new system. Their professionalism, honesty, and expertise make them my go-to HVAC company.

Alex and Ric came to my rescue. They offered prompt service and did everything they could to do a quick fix to buy me some time even though I knew I needed a new unit. Unfortunately a quick fix was not an option but they bent over backwards with a quick solution to get us up and running again. They are above and beyond with their customer service and I appreciate everything they did to get us through this stressful event. Within 2 days, new unit has been installed and working great! Living in florida, AC isn't an option, it's a requirement. We use another service provider for our yearly maintenance and we will now be switching to Aleco! Our AC for the first floor went out after putting my newborn to bed and it started getting hotter and hotter in her room. Luckily our upstairs unit was working so if needed I could have moved her upstairs, but who wants to wake a sleeping baby! The company we normally use doesn't have 24 hour service and the other companies I called either couldn't come even for emergency services for days or until the next morning. Alex answered right away at 930pm and John was there within 2 hours. He fixed the problem promptly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even found faulty wiring that had melted and could have caused a house fire. The work was done very well and at a fair price. Our AC was up and running in 45 minutes and our baby slept through it all! Thank you so much!

Todd was amazing and gave us a complete assessment of our AC system issues. He brought us outside and showed us everything first hand. We definitely appreciated his honesty and experience. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

The technician (Spencer) was fantastic...... within 2 mins of his arrival he diagnosed and repaired the issue with the heat. The thermostat was miswired. At the time of our installation of our new unit, it was 91 degrees in our home so it was not possible to check the heating element at that time. Last night being the first time since the installation needing heat.....we learned there was an issue since it was not working. Problem solved within 2 minutes......no knock on the installers since they were handcuffed as far as checking the heat during install. Cudos to AC Warehouse for standing behind their work and quickly responding to a call for service in a very professional and timely manner! Thank you!!!

Carlos was here today. He was very. A friendly and knowledgeable about my unit when I ask question he checked the capacitor. He vacuumed out the water. He checked my thermostat. I was very pleased with the service.

Tech was nice but did not have answers to my questions. After leaving me with a huge quote and stating there was no guarantee it was the solution he left me with a $90 charge. He did not send me an invoice or receipt.

Absolutely fantastic professional compassionate speedy service at a great price. Julian and Spencer did an impeccable job. I so appreciate their extra efforts especially on these hot days. UPDATE: had an issue w my thermostat. Not only did they come out quickly to fix it, Christine was professional, got support when she needed it, and ordered the right item for me then came back to install it. They notify you when they are on the way, thanks, Natasha! Overall an exceptionally cool experience.

I had used AC Warehouse before for plumbing, so decided to use them for several AC jobs after purchasing a home in the Sarasota area. Short summary, I asked them to quote and deliver on three AC jobs; a new mini-split, added return lines for my main AC unit, and routine service on my main AC unit. Every job required multiple calls and had related problems. The mini split leaked and ruined my walls, it took multiple installation teams and trips to finally finish the return ducts, and they never completed the service on my main AC unit.

After a number of calls and growing frustration, I asked to speak to the manager. Even after a second request, I never received a return call for a follow-up discussion.

Needless to say, I decided to go with another AC company for future work.

Not only did he service our AC unit, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand.
Daniel went above and beyond by educating me on how to better maintain the system and prevent future issues—something you don’t often get with service calls. It's clear he truly cares about his work and the customer experience.

The 2young gentlemen that came out to do my install. Was very polite courteous I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better team and Tim Mumford was awesome. He was quick to call me after the service was done to follow up and I really appreciate that.

Our experience with this company has been very dishonest and unreliable. We own a company that services other people's homes and would never leave our customers unhappy after thousands of dollars.
First, the tech came on the install day and tried to get side money from us. He said we needed something to connect the unit to the house which we had already. He wanted cash for this. When my husband said he'd call the office he said they will charge you more. Well we didn't need it.
Now, we discover the unit they sold us doesn't have the features that sold us on the unit. We specifically went with their until for the UV light feature as mold is a big issue in FL.
My husband called and talked to David, self proclaimed highest up he could talk to, and was just told on repeat they could come but would charge a service fee and for the UV light WE ALREADY BOUGHT! Also we bought an added 10 yr warranty which apparently also doesn't help us out either. We've already had to replace parts on the four yr old unit. And we've had to do it through other companies, because this one is never available to service their unit for 3 to 4 weeks. We can't go 3 to 4 weeks without AC in 90 degree humid Florida with children and autoimmune diseases. The techs that have fixed their unit said there are no signs of UV lighting ever being part of the unit and you would be able to see them if there was.
I 💯 believe they expected for us to never open the unit and find out they scammed us by not giving us the upgraded model we bought. Now they just say well it's been 4 yrs (well yeah! We didn't take apart their unit to try to make sure we weren't scammed. No one does that and they know it. They aren't dumb. They are scammers)
Again, we have our own business in the industry of home improvement and maintenance. We will most definitely NOT be referring our clients to this company when they need AC help. Because we value our clients and reputation.

Had two repair technicians at our home today from AC Warehouse. Those two gentlemen, Andy and Tristan, were very professional in explaining everything to me as they got my thermostat working properly. I was very impressed that they sent two technicians almost immediately to take care of my issues. Our salesman, Rick, also had reached out today to make sure we were satisfied with the initial install and responded promptly when we mentioned the problem with the thermostat. Great folks to work with. Very pleased!

By far the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Friendly, professional and fairly priced. Quick to respond in an emergency and get things back up and running. They have saved us from the heat several times and their maintenance program is great. I cannot recommend them enough.
