Paul and Dante did a great job. Readjusted all of our registers and evened the air temperature out in the whole house. What a difference!

We had a terrible smell. They installed a UV light and disinfected our air handler. Smell is gone. We are in great shape.

I have tried multiple companies and there is a lack of experience and customer service in the industry. These guys did a great job on both thanks to Paul and Marcus for taking care of us for our maintenance. Plus we had them take care of the mistakes the other companies had made and we had them add start assistance kits to extend the life of the systems.

Paul and Marcus are fantastic assets to the Comfort Expert Team. If you are looking for an honest company that values its employees and clients, look no further. Finally! A company that can be trusted! Melissa took my call before 8am & when I explained my dilemma she worked magic to get a service technician (Paul) within the hour. The previous company had hot wired it to “cool only” & charged me over $600 to repair a 2 year old Lennox (under warranty). Paul took photos to show me the damage the previous company caused. It was a literal nightmare. After dealing with 2 other companies who lied I was very apprehensive about trusting anyone. Paul walked me & my husband through the photos. I couldn’t believe it. He was honest (& photos don’t lie). He drove to Sarasota to get the part from Lennox. (no charge, under warranty), he always wore shoe covers when in my home. Paul spoke calmly and respectfully (not condescending like the others), fixed everything to code. Now we have heat (who knew that was a necessity in SW Florida). I would definitely recommend this company! They know what they’re doing. Very reasonable prices and respectful to their customers. Paul & Melissa made me trust that there are still good, reliable companies out there. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your HVAC needs! I wish I used Comfort Experts sooner!! They truly are as their name implies- Experts!

I can not recommend Comfort Experts' outstanding service enough! As a new homeowner, I wasn’t sure how to handle AC issues, but they made the entire process easy and stress-free.

From my Sunday evening phone call with Alex, who patiently answered all my newbie questions -- explaining all my options, to scheduling me for the following day—right before New Year’s Eve! I could tell I was in good hands. Alex was familiar with my condo’s AC system, which made a huge difference.

When Bailey, the technician, arrived, he was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understood. Not only did he fix the issue I originally called about, but he also checked for any other potential problems. Since my AC is older, he was extra thorough, checking it multiple times to ensure everything was in good shape before leaving.

From start to finish, Comfort Experts exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, quick response time, and attention to detail set them apart. I even signed a maintenance contract with them because they’ll support my old AC. UPDATED for 3.31.25 service: Michael and Ryan did an excellent job installing my new AC. They were punctual, knowledgeable, exemplified great customer service. Both ensured that I understood what my new AC entails, even walking me through some aspects that I’m unfamiliar with as first time home owner. They even ent above and beyond by checking installation of my new thermostat (with recommendations of what would work best). Overall, once again, I recommend Comfort Experts with the highest percentage possible!

Last Thursday, we noticed water streaming out of the AC vent in our pantry, never a great sign. I called Comfort Experts and was surprised (and relieved) that they could come out that same day. By the time they got here, the water had stopped, so I told them I’d reach back out if it started again.

Well, sure enough, Saturday rolls around and the leak starts up again. I called them back and within 30 minutes, Alex (one of the owners, on his day off) and Taylor were both at my door. They were kind, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the bottom of it.

After a deep dive into the system, they figured it out: the drain pipe had been installed with a 90-degree elbow instead of two 45s, creating too much pressure. Over time, it wore down and finally cracked, right as our AC was working overtime in the summer heat. Once it started condensing, water had nowhere to go but down… into our pantry.

Alex and Taylor went above and beyond to fix the issue and explain everything in a way that made total sense. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Very professional prompt service. The installation crew came early and were efficient. We were so impressed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. My husband was blown away at the excellent process. This company is doing everything right by the customer.

I’ve had them all come thru my house and continuously try me upsell me on something I don’t need - just do the maintenance I say. I’ve made Sr Mgmnt complaints re maintenance guys being motivated to sell.
Well - Comfort Experts are great! No upsell. Honest service at a reasonable price. And Paul is diligent in his examination of the units.

I recently signed up for Comfort Experts’ maintenance program for 2 mini split systems that they installed as well as my main AC system which was put in by the builder. Mikey, who is a very nice guy, came out yesterday to perform regular maintenance, and he did a great thorough job, answering all my questions along the way. I have only had good experiences with Comfort Experts, and I recommend them if in need of HVAC services.

I cannot stress enough how great of a company Comfort Experts is! We had some issues with high electric bills and AC running intermittently. Mikey came out the next morning, did a quick service and found a leak. He talked through the entire process and even showed me pictures. Wade runs a fantastic operation, can’t thank them enough for getting my hvac fixed!

Switched to Comfort Experts about 1 year ago for AC maintenance. Paul has been to our home several times for either routine checks or troubleshooting issues. He communicates well, is very cautious, thorough and knowledgeable. He takes time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend Comfort Experts for your AC needs. My only regret is not utilizing their services sooner!

Bailey has worked on the HVAC at both of my houses and I wouldn’t call anyone else at this point. He knows his stuff, is always friendly, and gets the job done without any hassle. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and easy to deal with — highly recommend him for any HVAC service or repair work.

Paul has done an outstanding job today. He fixed really quick the issue we had with AC unit, he is very professional and kind. He also saw that our vents were not angled appropriately which caused the efficiency to be poor. He fixed that for us and we are very happy! Will use this service again, this company is a great find for us!

Our AC went from “gentle Florida breeze” to “surface of the sun” in about 12 minutes. Enter Paul — calm, confident, and carrying what I can only assume is a magical toolbox. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue using words like “capacitor” and “compressor” while I nodded thoughtfully as if I had any idea what that meant.

Not only did he fix it fast, he didn’t try to upsell me a brand-new space station cooling system. Just honest, straightforward service. He even explained what happened in a way that didn’t make me feel like I needed an engineering degree from NASA.

The house is cold again. The dog has stopped panting dramatically. My electric bill didn’t require a second mortgage.

If your AC is acting possessed, call Paul. 10/10 would let him battle my thermostat again.

We signed up for the Comfort Experts maintenance plan 2 years ago and they continue to do a great job of maintaining our AC unit. Paul came in this morning for the 6 month AC unit check up and he provided thorough, excellent service. He explained in layman’s terms what he was doing and why. He refilled the trap and verified proper drainage. He also checked system vitals on both the indoor and outdoor units. He then verified that all readings returned within tolerance levels. He also properly adjusted the vents to maximize airflow and explained the importance of this in keeping the house cool. He provided pictures of the inside of the unit to show where possible future issues may occur but did not try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. This is a great service provided every 6 months for a small monthly fee that we would recommend for everyone to help keep you cool in the hot Florida weather😎

We had an issue with our AC and called for service—they sent a technician out incredibly fast! Mike Q was amazing: knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Before leaving, he double-checked that everything was working perfectly and that we were completely satisfied. You could truly see the pride he takes in his work. Highly recommend!
