I was in a bind, since the first installer botched up my installation . I contacted these guys, had them do several other repairs, which i paid them in full for (1 of which is already not working). I then asked if they could do this job, they quoted me a crazy price, which i had no choice to accept, since i needed to open. They finished the job and I sent them a third of the money with a nice note saying i was appreciative and that I’d pay this off in a very quick time…we had just opened the business mind you. in all of my years is business a $4700 bill paid in 3 months is pretty standard. He immediately contacted me “saying..that’s not how it works BRO”..then he immediately (within 2 days) had his lawyer send me a letter threatening a mechanics lien. After receiving this letter from his “lawyer”, i requested part numbers and sent him another check for $800. I didn’t hear anything else for a month, then sent another $1000..which at this point was 3/4 of the bill. He then contacted landlord, saying he was heading to the courthouse to file the lien..turns out he hadn’t received payments due to the address on his website was incorrect that i was sending the payments to. I stopped payment on the checks (which cost me $70), wrote him another check for $1800 which he came in to pick up..he came in and refused to take it because it wasn’t the full amount. After talking back and forth with the landlord and a deal being worked out for full payment, he suddenly refused because I posted a poor review. He claims to be a “Christian”.. I will leave it up to you to determine if he seems like a Christian to you, or if it's just convenient to say. His price to do the work was way overpriced, which i had no choice to pay..his work has held up to this point, other than the first repair of our walk in. Use at your own risk, get pricing up front, ask for as much detail as he will give you.

I was in a bind since the A/C went out at my shop. I contacted these guys and they came out quickly. They quoted me a fair price and which I agreed. They finished the job and I paid immediately. The bill was $4915 but these guys are worth every penny. My guys in shop was very appreciative because it's hard to work in extreme heat conditions. I believe the owner is a Christian, very respectful and has immediate fast service. If you are not using this company you are wasting time and money

Truly enjoyed working with this company Gage was awsome had a guy come out the next day without hesitation they order the part for my AC and fixed it quickly everything was communicate clearly highly recommend their services!! Very professional.

Gage the owner, from the moment of contact, until the issue was complete, communicated above and beyond expectation. They seem to be a privately owned company with integrity and honesty, the technician Jeff who came to my house was knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this company to my family as well as friends as I already did just last night.

I had another issue with my old central air unit Gage had sent his worker Jeff to my house again, and would have done it on a Sunday too, but I told him no let your worker enjoy the weekend. Jeff came out on Monday which is today, spent a couple hours here, diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and because it wasn't fixed the first time the way they wanted it fixed, Gage, out of the goodness of his heart, refused to charge me anything for the service call and repair!!! What more can I say about a perfect gentleman, except if you need someone reliable you need to use this company!

I am new to Fl and narrowed down to two HVAC companies to consider for residential. I called both to understand their customer service. When I spoke with Gage it was obvious America’s Choice was the clear choice. Had service today and tech was great. He explained everything I asked about and was very thorough. Our HVAC filter situation is a little odd and tech reviewed two different ways to consider improving. I trust the explanation completely and will review the choices. I feel that America’s Choice techs are very knowledgeable, thorough, and actually care about doing a great job for fair prices! I 100% recommend with no hesitation.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Comfort Experts- and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. We had an unexpected AC issue over the weekend—of course, Florida heat doesn’t take time off—and was bracing for a costly emergency call. But Comfort Experts came through with reasonable pricing, which was a welcome surprise.

Paul, the technician who handled the job, was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything up and running in no time.

Paul is the best AC technician I’ve ever dealt with. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my ac unit and had parts on hand to do the repair. He then went above and beyond to fine tune my ac system to maximize its performance! The humidity in the house has always been 48% and now it is 40%! That’s a 20% reduction. I am now able to turn up the thermostat a couple degrees while still feeling cool and comfortable. I can’t wait to see how much my power bill drop! Many thanks Comfort Experts!!
