Just had our old system replaced by Nice Air. Frank, the owner was expedient in getting us a quote and giving good advice about what to choose and save money. He and Carlos came out immediately to assess our needs and scheduled installation the next day, Roberto was efficient in the installation and very neat and clean upon completion. We saved quite a bit of money and are very pleased with our new system.

My experience with Nice Air over the last ten years leads me to one conclusion. THE BEST!!! Why? Responsiveness, fairness and competence. From routine maintenance to unit replacement they explain any issues in detail, offer alternatives and let you decide. Never any pressure or "up sell" tactics. Truly people you can trust. Some are bigger. None are better!

I can’t say enough about the great service and value I’ve received from Nice Air. Hey have serviced my unit and cleaned my ductwork. They show up on time and do a great job at a fair price. They always leave the work area clean. My System stopped working after the surge and they came asap to analyze and service the system.

Frank came with his two colleagues and they did a superb job of checking my air conditioning unit and resolving my rust issue. They saved me a lot of money by not trying to sell me a new air conditioner which I really appreciate! They acquired the new parts necessary and I'm good to go for another year or two! Wonderful Experience! Frank and Carlos annd Alex are the best! We discovered our AC needed to be replaced after being damaged during Hurricane Helene and Nice Air was on it! They had us on schedule to replace our system so quickly and the replacement was done in just a couple hours. They are very clean and meticulous and so kind. Definitely live up to the name Nice air!

What a nice guy!! And SO thorough!! Carlos was incredibly professional and thorough. This service today was, far and away, the most complete and thorough service, inspection, and clean. ing of our system. Very nicely done, Carlos and Nice Air.Our semi-annual A/C maintenance visit was yesterday and Nice Air sent Carlos again to make sure our system is ready for the summer to keep us cool again. Carlos arrived on time and was friendly and professional in appearance and actions. He promptly went to work cleaning the unit outside and checking all of the many things he needed to check to make sure the compressor and everything was working properly. He then came inside and checked the air handler, replaced a sensor that the water drain line is blocked and made sure everything was working fine. Then he installed a new wifi digital thermostat and made sure we were aware of how it functions and that the entire system is working fine and ready for summer. And he did all of this is great time and in a very professional manner. Nice Air has been our go to air conditioning service for several years. They have done our semi-annual contracted service and have ALWAYS come promptly when we have had an issue. We HIGHLY recommend Nice Air to take care of your air conditioner system!

7/28/22 - today they replaced my 13y/o compressor & 17y/o air handler today. Arrived on time, and did all they could do before they had to shut the old AC down and start installing the new. About 5 hours later the house had gone from 84* down to 75* and the humidly from 66% with the AC to 56$ in 45 min. We are thrilled with the job and how thorough and complete they were!

3/29/23 - Roberto came today to do our semi-annual service on our system. He was professional, courteous. and very efficient. He did a complete and thorough cleaning of both the compressor equipment outside and thoroughly cleaned the air handler inside. His work and professional demeanor was exemplary!

Carlos came for our semi-annual service and, as always, was prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. It is always great have Carlos come to do our regular "check up" because, when he leaves, the air handler and compressor equipment have been checked, cleaned and we feel confident that they are in great condition to service us the next few months. Nice Air has always been good about coming when we've had a problem (that darn drain thing!) and know that we are good to go for the next six months!

6/24/25. Carlos came again today for our semi-annual service and, as always, was prompt, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. It is always great have Carlos come to do our regular "check up" because, when he leaves, the air handler and compressor equipment have been checked, cleaned and we feel confident that they are in great condition to service us the next few months. Nice Air was SO nice! They called back when they said they would, quickly provided a VERY fair quote (actually less expensive than two others we received quotes from), and even did the work the same day. We had been without AC on one side of the house for seven days in the hottest part of July. I am so grateful for them and getting us back to cool air. I highly recommend Nice Air for your HVAC work.

We are from PA and have a home in Bradenton. Over Labor Day weekend we realized that the AC was not working right. A bit of troubleshooting with help of neighbors and friends narrowed it to air handler blower not working.
We got a couple of recommendations for HVAC businesses and called them, but didn't get a good gut feeling. Called Nice Air. Spoke with a Frankie. I felt comfortable enough to provide them access to our home without us being there. Carlos was there the next morning. We ended up having the whole system replaced. The work was completed the same day. One of us was traveling there the weekend ao we definitely needed the AC working, and it did. We did have a couple of minor things that needed to be addressed (condensation dripping into ceiling, a bit of damage to ceiling), but they were addressed promptly.
The work is done, and inspection completed.
Frankie is old school and is like the folks here in backwoods PA. I appreciate the straight up honesty and you can tell they take pride in doing a good job.
