My a/c of 18 yrs started failing. Contacted Frank, and he had his team respond that day. Found that there was a leak in the air handler coils that couldn't be repaired. Came the next day, and replaced the a/c units and got me cool again with the new replacement, GREAT service!

I was a customer of Nice Air. Loved Carlos. He was awesome! But one day the son came out with Carlos and told me I needed a new air conditioner for $10k. I did nothing and a year later still have no issues. I got a bad vibe from the moment he opened his mouth. I think he was trying to sell me something I did not need. I have talked to the dad on the phone and liked him as well. I was very satisfied until I met the son. That made me switch companies.

Service Techs were on time and great to deal with. They take the fan off the top of the compressor unit to clean out leaves and sand. Nobody else does that! Great job all around! Thanks for great service.

Fast prompt service, typically the service diagnostic trip is credited into the repair but it wasn't making a small issue almost $500. Otherwise very good company

Excellent service. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It's a holiday weekend and I called a few AC companies but only Nice Air came through for us. I will always recommend calling Nice Air!

Nice Air was b amazing!! Called for a ldeainage issue, and they came out immediately-got everything fixed quickly. We won’t use anyone else!!

As with some service maintenance plans we have purchased, I never use them unless there is a problem, and if no problem, I don’t think about them, and then they simply expire! But not so with Nice Air! Frank emails me my reminder that “It is time.”

I called him on Monday, he scheduled the visit for next day, and Carlos and Alex showed up on time and went right to work. Friendly, professional, work-site left clean, and answered all our questions. What more is there? Visit already covered by the VIP Plan we purchased.

We are sticking with Nice Air and their VIP Maintenance Program. Even if I forget, Nice Air will not!

Carlos is knowledgeable and has a very kind demeanor. He installed a system for us several years back and we initially had some trouble but he worked with it until we found the perfect solution and things have been running well ever since. Thank you for sticking with us and getting the job done!

Highly recommend! Our AC kept failing during this crazy hot FL summer. We had a great experience with Nice Air, LLC. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and showed up on time. He did a fabulous job of troubleshooting and the repairs made our AC work far more effectively. We are very appreciative!

Carlos was very knowledgeable about the a/c system and found the issues very quickly. He was very thorough in his explanation and was very friendly. Frank was also a big help with recommendations and his experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Can’t say enough good things about this company! After 5 quotes and so much contradictory information, a family friend suggested Nice Air, I had spoken to a very nice techs at my friends house once but he mentioned that they didn’t usually service my area. Fast forward to beginning of this week and my initial contact with the wonderful Frank, who was so helpful and explained every detail, I sent pictures but he came all the way over and checked everything thoroughly, gave me easy to understand information and the best pricing ( even better than all the other quotes) I had my new AC installed today 4 days after initial contact!I was texted when they were arriving.
Frank went above and beyond for me, sent various steps of install while I was at work, even put up with my dog ♥️. As always, Nice Air did an amazing repair job today. Carlos came shortly after I called and on a holiday!! Extremely knowledgeable and can be trusted. I have been using them for the past 12 years. Highly recommend Nice Air to family, friends, and clients. Family owned and operated too.

Emergency call on the weekend was responded to quickly. Follow up on Monday was also professional and detailed. Very satisfied with the service!!

Nice air came out for an emergency call today. Our new system was working well, but something had fallen on it and they came out right away and solved it quickly and saved the day. We have had them for 26 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Our new system (installed last year) is great, and their customer service and willingness to help us has always been wonderful. Carlos and the owner, Frank, have been so responsive and helpful. This is a family run business. We love this company!

I got a heads up when Ospina was on his way. They arrived on time - actually a tad early! They're courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, taking time to answer my questions or explain how the AC & heater work. AND they cleaned up when finished. I’d be happy to have them return on future service calls.
Six months ago I signed up for the 2x/year service contract. It was so nice to NOT have to pay an invoice when their work was complete.
My system is 10 years old. Although I think it helps that I use my AC conservatively , I'm sure the maintenance provided by Nice Air has been key to it lasting so many years as well.

Knowledgeable and very quick service. Also, the best price. We had flooding damage due to hurricanes, and had to replace a unit in a mobile home. Frank and Carlos got the job done fast. Highly recommend!

Second time I have had Nice Air come to check my air conditioner.
They have been great to work with from the time of scheduling to the completed job. They have been punctual with the time frame given me, so that I'm not stuck in my home waiting. Carlos was my repairman and was very friendly and courteous. He showed me pictures of my AC and furnace and explained everything that it needed and why. I could not be more pleased with this company and will continue using them.
