Ethan was great! Super professional and addressed my concerns. He did great putting up with my mean barking dog! I had my AC unit moved which AC1 did and its been easy to communicate with the office team and the guys coming out to our house. I think the pricing is very competitive and overall I am really happy with AC1 :)

Josh and his company installed a new A/C system in our home. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. First off, when you call, someone immediately answers the phone. Scheduling for the install was timely, but most importantly they showed up exactly when they said they would. Josh and his entire team of employees were polite, professional, and respectful. I was more than comfortable having his team enter my home for the install. They took the time to explain how/what they were installing so at no point was I wondering "what was going on".
Pricing was highly competitive, I doubt you will find a better deal anywhere in Manatee county.
A few weeks later I needed a service call due to "user error", and they were able to schedule me for the following day.
I highly recommend AC1!

The team of Brian and Leo arrived timely and installed insulation in our garage doors. All work was done in a professional manner and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

We had a very nice experience with AC1 Heating and Cooling. Our AC wasn't working and we had called the HVAC company we've used for years. They gave us a price that was high, so we sought a second opinion. Josh came out the same day we called and explained all of the options thoroughly so we felt like we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. His pricing was much better than the old HVAC contractor. We're looking forward to enjoying our future relationship with AC1! Thank you Josh and company.

New unit installed last yr. Tried to use heat last night - no heat - evidently the installed wired it wrong. Chris did a good quick fix.

Let me start right here - I had AC1 come out to replace my A/C system after my previous unit failed and I can honestly say that I have not seen better customer service anywhere here in Florida than I did from this family run operation. No less than 7 people from AC1 helped get my wife and I get back up and running. April, who scheduled the visits was quick and responsive. Chris, who did the initial service, was thoughtful and professional with his diagnosis and advice. Josh, the owner was fair with pricing and product recommendations and he and his install mgr Clay, both came out to assess the project before the unit went in. Ivan and his helper, were both efficient and clean with the install. About a week later, there was a humidity problem with the unit that was a manufacturer issue and not of AC1’s doing. That is where Jake came in, who also happens to be Josh’s brother. This guy was like a dog with a bone when it came to figuring out what was wrong and wasn't leaving until he did. If I am giving out an MVP award, Jake gets it. But as I said, everyone at AC1 deserves the 5 stars of this review and my wife and I will recommend them enthusiastically to anyone that asks. Well done.

We hired AC1 to relocate our condenser units to the side of our house. The guy who initially came out to quote us was fantastic and informative. Unfortunately the process didn’t go smoothly with the install. The people who moved the AC units cut and capped our drip line (fantastic) but ended up snapping off part of the main water line, and then just installed the AC units right over it. When our sprinklers turned back on, under the AC condenser units were completely flooded with water. My husband had to dig up our whole side yard to figure out what was going on. Luckily we found the issue and he was able to fix it himself, but now the condenser units are very unbalanced due to the amount of soil that was misplaced when the water lines were turned back on.

If I could give extra stars I would. My guys were terrific explaining whenever I had a question. This install had difficult problems to deal with and they did it with a smile.

ed everything in detail advised me the choice was my decision but they were ultimately concerned for my safety first!!! Great servicing as always! AC1 is a very responsible company. They have attended to all the requests we have made in our property of 320 apartments.

In the office, Josh, Stephanie, Tania and Tom are always very friendly.

Their technicians are very knowledgeable and always resolve issues. They are all very good but especially Yohan, Blake, Arsen and Josiel.

Have had AC1 out for installing mini split and adding a soft start to my 3.5 ton AC. I highly suggest calling AC1 for your AC. They did an amazing job and will continue to call AC1 for my future needs.

I call to know about Uv lights and Air purification systems plus prices, sadly I hang the call because April was blunt and she was only telling me prices without giving any info about their products. She told me repeatedly that a tech needed to come for $89 to evaluate my situation and I get it, but what if he came and they don't offer what I want? I need to know what products you have, warranties, etc. to know if you are the right company to me and then i can pay whatever for your tech. I guess she was suffering my wallet for me, idk. I'm quoting around, I can have all companies come to my house, at least I need to know what products you offer and how is the process upfront. She shouldn't be on the phone though. Don't worry April, I hope with this review nobody else waste your time.

We had AC-1 install an AC system in our condo which was not an easy job and they did a wonderful job routing the lines and getting the system in working order. We experienced a problem sometime later with a leak and were at the condo for a limited number of days. April worked us in right away and sent Brock out to take care of our problem. Brock was very knowledgeable and repaired the line which certainly made our vacation much for comfortable. To top everything off, they covered everything for us. If you the need for AC service or if you need a new install, AC-1 is your “go to” company.
