ACR was FANTASTIC.....Our system is old and David did an awesome job getting it running again on probably it's last leg. We definitely won't hesitate to call them again!

We love the people at ACR! They are so efficient, professional and get the job done properly. We called 2 days ago for our 6 month maintenance and they said it would be next month. Recently I had a significant A/C and mold issue (due to my negligence in maintenance) and Tom & Becky immediately returned my call, provided a detailed estimate, and got me on the schedule. The crew, led by Shawn, showed up on time and diligently worked, explaining what they were doing and showed what was being fixed. When finished, they meticulously cleaned the work area and left it better than when they arrived. And the final bill was less than the estimate! ACR has been my AC company for a long time now. I got a new system a few years back with a warranty and I stay with their annual maintenance service plan. My AC was not sounding right and the service tech David came out, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor that was going bad.
I’m glad to have a reliable and honest AC company.

This is a great A/C company! Our mini split quit working. They couldn’t get it to work. They honored the warranty and replaced the system! We highly recommend them. Every worker was very professional! Amazing company!

Late Friday when we were getting warm air through our AC, we called to report the problem. Our call was promptly returned and David was sent within a couple of hours. He is outstanding at his job. He found and fixed the problem in less than an hour. David is one of the best we have ever had at repair work.

I am very happy to have switched to ACR, so that they were the ones who installed our new variable speed AC system. They installed it one day, and came back the next day because we bought a variable speed unit with the new freon, and they wanted to make sure that everything was set and running properly. Their other team cleaned all our AC vents, ducts and returns (which really needed cleaning!). They also were knowledgeable, thorough, professional, neat and friendly. What a pleasure it is to have skilled, dedicated and personable technicians / workers in your home and see them do the work. Finding an ethical, skilled and dedicated team to take care of your AC and heating needs is not so easy these days. Our tech was David, who has been here before. He was friendly and professional, provided terrific and thorough service, and explained what he was doing.

We were not home this time when David came out to service our air conditioner. That being said, we are very happy that ACR keeps there quality employees and sends David to our house every time. David has been to our house several times, so we know he knows his way around our property and does a great job. Thanks for the great service.

We purchased two air conditioning units from ACR Air Conditioning—one for our garage and one for our home. Both units turned out to be lemons: they required frequent repairs and did not perform as promised, leading to ongoing frustration and extra costs.

To make matters worse, Becky treated us poorly after we explained our cooling concerns. We felt dismissed and unfairly questioned for issues that arose despite our maintenance efforts. She told us because we didn’t have a maintenance agreement they couldn’t help us and, furthermore, she said she didn’t want us as customers. We expected basic customer service and support as paying customers who invested a substantial amount of money, but Becky indicated they no longer wanted us as customers, which was very disheartening.

This happened months ago. We ultimately had to replace the units. We want others to be aware and to proceed with caution. We have since found a reliable provider that restored our confidence in home comfort services. If you’re considering ACR, ask detailed questions about warranties, maintenance options, and support, and compare several providers before making a large purchase from ACR.
