I am extremely happy with the work that David performed at my house as well as the communication with Lisa in the office. Problem diagnosed yesterday and today a 4hr. job got my AC working! As someone whose family has owned small businesses, I know how appreciative people are when they receive great customer service at a fair price. I highly recommend ACR and will never use anyone else! We were very pleased with the assistance ACR provided on our mold remediation project in our bathroom. Their knowledgeable technicians and office staff helped us resolve complicated issues left behind by a previous remediator. After the services provided by ACR, we passed the mold reinspection. I am confident the pass was due to their diligence and attention to detail. Services provided were fogging, air scrubbing, and dehumidification.

Had a problem with ac unit not cooling. Called and they were out to service the ac within an hour. Great response time and very pleased with the service techs knowledge and experience.

Excellent customer service. They provided a prompt estimate with different options & price points. They installed some window AC units to keep the house cool until they could do the install (came out on Fri & job was completed on Mon). Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this company. We recently had an issue with our A/C and with a young family, in the middle of July, it was miserable. I made the “Hail Mary” phone call late at night, not actually expecting to get anyone. To my surprise, not only did I get through to a representative, I got an immediate call from Rosie, who deserves as much praise as any company representative I’ve ever dealt with. Reassured me she was on it, made calls, kept me in the loop, and had an appointment set for me and we could talk through how I was going to handle the financial aspect of a sudden pretty large bill. Rosie is truly an amazing representative of this company, the exact person a small business should have dealing with customer support. I cannot say enough about her.

Service was great. The phone was actually answered within 2 rings and you got to talk to someone who was very professional and helpful. She arranges service within an hour. The service repair was also professional and very prompt and informative. My first use of this company was excellent.

Fantastic work and expertise! I had my pool heater fixed (not my AC), and they were able to identify the issue within minutes. I had previously called two other companies to troubleshoot, but neither could figure it out—they simply said they weren’t experts in Hayward products. Highly recommend!

I used AC 1 for a new unit install and used them for two years for maintenance. I had an issue with the unit and they failed to diagnose it. The same issue happened again 4 days later and they would not make the effort to come fix the issue. They did not have anyone available for me after they failed to diagnose the issue a few days ago leading to it breaking today. You’d think a customer who purchased an AC unit and who has paid for a maintenance for the last 2 years could get someone to come out the same day when something broke. AC1 should really try harder for loyal customers. There are a lot of other AC companies that will make it happen. I also had issues with the float they installed. Turns out they installed the float switch improperly causing issues that they had been aware about since day 1. I also found that they never sprayed antimicrobial in the unit as there are spores throughout. Very disappointing.
