Your team was here for our 3rd monthly cleaning but did not complete the job. My wife called you when she returned to find that they were gone after less than an hour, and she explained that she doesn’t like to complain for fear of retaliation, but our house wasn’t clean. The team came back but didn’t have enough time to correct everything because they were “late for the next job.” Our parents’ house (on the same property) was also not properly cleaned, but they were not home to inspect in time for your team to correct on the same visit. My wife’s mother emailed you to express her own issues and was ignored. You never made an attempt to come see the poor workmanship for yourself.

The next day you called to say you fired the team supervisor, which greatly saddened and surprised my wife. It was never our intention for her to lose her job, which is why my wife felt terrible speaking up about our concerns, but you urged her to never hesitate because an unhappy customer affects your bottom line. You went on to explain that your former employee had a temper and cost you a great deal of money by damaging client’s property recently. You even told my wife how much you paid her and provided my wife with information about her personal life, which was completely inappropriate. You also posted on your Facebook page that you let her go.

You reluctantly agreed to send another team to redo the job at no cost to us at a later date, but 3 days later, my wife received a package, opened it, and was sprayed in the face by a glitter bomb from your “former” employee who apparently blames my wife for losing her job. It was after much consideration over the next couple of days, that my wife wrote to share with you what happened because we felt that the actions of your former employee reflected poorly on your business. It was an individual you had employed for 2 years even after the problems you openly shared with my wife after you fired her, and it made us uncomfortable continuing doing business with you. You immediately refused to take any responsibility because you no longer employed her, which is fine, but we found it interesting that you went on to defend her and say, “she didn’t leave on bad terms.” You were speaking out of both sides of your mouth, so my wife chose not to engage further and leave well enough alone.

You wrote my wife again yesterday unprompted, 4 days later, asking for proof for your attorney because you would have to take your former employee to court. It didn’t make sense to us because you had, just days ago, quickly refused any responsibility because she wasn’t your employee anymore, so you would have no legal right to pursue anything against her. It was at that time I realized you had blocked my wife and I from your Facebook page to prevent a negative review.

I see now why you force people to pay in advance of service …because there’s NO recourse for an unhappy customer. You have conducted yourself in an unprofessional manner and I can only wonder the quality of staff you would try to send to my home next time. How can we ever feel safe to speak up again?

ECHO came to do a deep cleaning of our office and all I can say is wow. They went above and beyond my expectations and our office has never looked cleaner. I have thought other services made things clean, but this cleaning team is on another level! Please, give them a call if you need help cleaning any mess.

I’ve used E.C.H.O. Elite Cleaning for several months now and I’m very happy with them. The housekeepers are friendly and professional. My home always looks great after they’ve been here. One of the many things I like is that they send a team to my home. This means that my house is cleaned in much less time than a single person could accomplish which frees me up for other things.

This is the first review I have ever written, my wife and I have very busy schedules and we figured it would be a good idea to have a deep cleaning done on our home. We hired ECHO, super quick and responsive to what we needed! It's been three days and our house still smells refreshing, the place looks as good as we moved in. We're going to get on their maintenance schedule! Not only five stars, but two thumbs up! Oh yea, they did our's on a Sunday while we were at a family event!
