I can’t say enough good things about the incredible ladies who cleaned my 4,800 sq. ft. home today! They arrived right on time at 8:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 4 PM — and WOW, did they deliver! Their attention to detail was next-level. They wiped down all of my kitchen cabinets inside and out, cleaned every ceiling fan in the house, and even tackled my dirty patio furniture (which I had planned to clean myself before our party next weekend!).

Despite the language barrier, we communicated easily — they were kind, professional, and clearly take great pride in their work. My home has never looked or felt cleaner. I’m beyond impressed and so grateful for their help. Highly, highly recommend!

Owner changed “reviews” section on FB so I could not post a review there! Read this and go to Angie’s List to read reviews. DO NOT use this service. I bought a house and wanted a DEEP cleaning before moving in. I searched our area and came across this company on FB. She has great reviews so I decided to go with her. After making my choice she informed me that I would have to pay upfront. I questioned this and she stated it’s because she has $7000 in outstanding invoices. I told her that I understood and agreed to pay upfront. BIG MISTAKE. The crew arrived on 5/11/19 around 2 pm. Once they were “done” I checked everything rather quickly so they could be on their way since it was a Saturday and I figured the crew was anxious to get out of work. BIG MISTAKE!! Please see attached pictures as they will speak for themselves. I should have checked reviews on Angie’s List first!

Update to owner's response....You can clearly see the date and time stamp on the pictures I posted. We didn't move into the home for 8 days after the cleaning, which is when I started to notice even more filth, as clearly stated in my message to you which is posted in my pictures.

I did not ask for a complete refund. I asked for a partial refund and, in addition, gave you the opportunity to propose what you thought was a fair amount. You quickly declined and stated that you do not give refunds. It was not until I said I was going to post the pictures and a review that you offered me $25.00 of the $225.00 that I paid you.

Your work on this day was well below standards and is unacceptable. I have to assume that since you have $7000.00 in outstanding invoices that your work has been below standard on other occasions as well.

The first time this team came to my home they left my place immaculate. I was extremely impressed. I know they can do great work. The second time around not so much. I was super bummed. I trusted they come into my home the second time when I wasn’t present and I did not get the same experience. She did offer to send her team back but I needed my home cleaned the day of service , not the day after. Not sure I’d use again.

Really loved the detail they put into cleaning the house. They even organized my toddlers’s bedroom. Love this company and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Going to be using them from now on.😁

This company has potential to be great, but seeing the cleaning crew work with tape up, broken and old vacuums leaves a question does it really clean my carpet, i observe toilet brushes inside 7-11cups not hygienic, the mops look old and dirty, i wouldn't hire them again, or recommend them.

Carla and her team are amazing! Flooring projects can be messy work (no matter how hard we try). Any time we send ECHO Elite after our work is done, they leave the job site immaculate. We can’t thank them enough or recommend their services!

Hired to clean a single-family home for new tenets to move in. The job was very poorly done and several things were completely undone. Tubs still had hair in them. Stove tops still had food/grease visible. She forgot to clean the oven. Debris left on kitchen floor. On the day the tenets moved in and these discrepancies were found, I contacted her on the phone to arrange a time for her to return to address the issues, SHE PRETENDED TO BE SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE BEFORE FINALLY ADMITTING that it was indeed her! She refused to fix the discrepancies and refused to return any of the money. I ended up having to hire a different company to return to the home to complete the job! Poor quality. Poor customer service. Dishonest. I would not recommend this cleaning service.
