This company was selected based on online reviews and resident comments kept by our CA. We needed carpet, upholstery and tile/grout cleaning. They did an excellent job cleaning carpeting in three rooms. The rest of the house has tile and in the high traffic areas it had become dull and the grout discolored. Their steam cleaning restored all to like new condition. Our 7 year old recliner was also restored to nearly new condition. Richard was personable and professional in all respects. His special purpose vehicle and all availabe equipment enabled him to complete all these services in one visit. As a homeowner, this has been the best experience we have had with any cleaners.

Speaking as one with six years carpet cleaning experience - Michael performed an excellent job cleaning my carpets. My small puppy had a rough go with training and he restored the Carpets to new! M&J presented themselves in a very professional and respectful way. They explained their cleaning process clearly to us. They helped us to see that their products were pet-friendly. They were prompt on every occasion and mindful of my home to protect our furniture including the table and furniture legs. Both rooms were completed in the same day. My office carpet had quite a few stains that I thought could not be removed. To my complete satisfaction they were gone. Great service, came out on Labor Day due to an unexpected mess on a carpet in one of my mom's rooms. Did a beautiful job and was very professional. I appreciated Michael making the time on a holiday to come out and take care of what could have caused us to have to completely replace the carpet. The carpet looks like brand new now. The first time I called for an appointment I was having unexpected overnight company and knew I would be lucky if I could get next day service. From the first email requesting a quote, I was impressed with the response and professionalism of M&J Professional Cleaning. They had the best rates of all the companies I contacted, and I was able to reach Michael immediately to schedule a time to have our carpets cleaned. He was friendly and worked well with our schedule and time frame! A day or two prior to our scheduled cleaning we realized we needed the hardwood and tile cleaned, too. This was not a problem at all for him! What a relief! Michael showed up on the day and time of the appointment and began working. He was super friendly and I felt comfortable with him at the house. He was great at communicating throughout the cleaning, and even worked with us when both my husband and I had to leave him at the house by himself! Payment was easily done through PayPal (which was great since he finished while we were still gone)!
