We just had our first service done on our pool and they did an incredible job!! We can't believe we never got pool service before. We've been doing this ourselves for almost 9 years and wow... what a difference. Our pool gets tons of leaves in it since it is not screened it and it would take us 1-2 hours to vacuum and clean it all out. He was in and out in about 30min or less and the pool looked the cleanest I've seen it in a long time!

Edge pools as reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable! We have used Edge Pools for years I never had to worry about our pool, not being perfect. Best pool company by far.!

We usually take care of all our own pool maintenance, but my husband had been pretty busy lately and the pool had turned green. We decided to call Edge Pools for help. Eddie explained it would be a green-to-clean process, costing $468 for the first month and then $32/month after that. We agreed to move forward.

On the day of service, Eddie introduced himself at the door and I showed him to the backyard. What I didn’t realize—and I take responsibility for—is that the only on/off switch for our pool pump is inside the house. Instead of knocking or asking any questions, Eddie left without saying anything. Later that evening, I received an email saying our pump was broken, along with a quote for repairs. This was very upsetting, as we’ve never had any issues with the pump before. And now have to pay for Parts for pump to be fixed completely.

What made things worse was the lack of communication. As a new customer, I would have appreciated at least a knock on the door to discuss the issue or ask about the equipment. Not only was that poor customer service, but when I followed up via email, Eddie stopped responding. I had to call him directly, and during that conversation he was extremely rude. Ultimately, he only agreed to refund $200 because of the product used. I accepted just to avoid further interaction.

I would not recommend Edge Pools based on this experience. The lack of communication, and professionalism was very disappointing. Proceed with caution.

Just moved here. Bought the home while overseas and arrived with a very green pool. After asking and calling around I reached out to Edge pool. This company has it all put together. The response time was amazing, the price for the service is amazing, the website is so easy to use. Naomie the Edge pool employee was very polite and great with the pool. I think the fact the the owner is also out there grinding and very straight forward is what sold me. Highly recommend to anyone.

We have heard so many people in our neighborhood recommend Edge Pools. Communication was phenomenal and Diamond was so thorough and pleasant to get all set up with. We had our first service by Oz and we are beyond impressed, far surpasses what we had before! Thank you!

Very disappointed with the service over the past year. Pool went green on several occasions. Edge pools kept trying to sell expensive mineral services and new filters when the filter just needed cleaning. Do your due diligence before contracting them for your pool.

We had a leak and while my husband is handy this was a job for a professional. Heidi was quick to respond to my inquiry and Eddie arrived on time, handled the issue efficiently and even advised on another issue we were handling ourselves. Consider me impressed by their teamwork.

On a different but equally awesome note, their story of growth is inspiring and I don't see them stopping anytime soon! They are plugged into our community in the most amazing of ways. Their philanthropy is unmatched from what I've seen locally.

Then as for the work itself, I also have friends and family that use them that are happy with both their service and skill and pricing.
It's also important to note that they are licensed and have training in doing repair as well as maintenance so they are qualified more than some other local pool companies.

Chino does an excellent job at keeping our pool clean! Very thorough and includes multiple pictures to show us what was done each week.

I recently had my pool re screened, I had several techs who came out and just couldn’t get it to turn back to blue. Chino (who is my usual tech, but had vacation) Returned this week and within ONE VISIT (full day of running pool) my pool is back to swimming conditions! This man is an asset to company and I would HIGHLY recommend him. He is very thorough and takes pride in his work.

Chino, the tech takes very good care of the pool. The company is very good at letting us know about any possible work problems. We are having a pool heater installed very soon.

Eddie came out today to start servicing our new pool. We had so many questions, and Eddie was so patient with all of the questions, and helped educate us on the up keep of our pool. We hired Edge to resurface our ginormous pool. We are very pleased with the process and the result. There were some serious issues with our pool which required them to clear back to the concrete. They completed the work quickly, and we love the end result. In addition to the resurface, they took care of pool maintenance for several weeks after. Great company to work with!
