I had Lanior Carpet Cleaning Company come out today to steam clean my carpet for pet stains and odor removal, and I am very pleased with the results. They were professional, on time, and did an excellent job treating the affected areas. The stains are gone, and the odor has completely been removed — my carpet looks and smells fresh again!

They are very responsive and go above and beyond to accommodate and get out to your house as soon as possible to install equipment and put you on the schedule for cleaning. I’m an idiot, while cleaning my pool filter I bumped a lever that made an overflow pipe leak. I reached out and got a response to pay for the service call up front, which was outside my comfort zone to pay for something before I receive services. Once he showed up he knew what I did within minutes! He stayed and explained a feature of my pool I didn’t even know I had! I only wish they offered weekend service so I didn’t have to stress about my water levels all weekend until they could come on Monday. I’ll definitely be calling them again!

This is a great place for them to MAINTAIN your pool. But god forbid you have a question about something you clearly aren’t knowledgeable about and you get in touch with EDDIE and he gives you nothing. You have a question about your pool, because you’ve never owned a pool before, and he is willing to write you off as a customer right then and there on the phone. “You don’t have to be a customer of mine” is exactly what he said to me.

tl;dr Customer Service redefined! My wife and I have been customers of Edge Pools for 2 months now and during that time have been extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and attention to detail. It's never fun to experience a pump failure 2 months into owning your very 1st pool, especially when it's unexpected due to the pump being less than a year old. Edge pools to the rescue! They assisted with keeping the pool chemistry limping along until we could have the pump serviced and/or replaced under warranty. When it was determined that the warranty wasn't going to cover the pump we reached out to Edge and they jumped into action and 2 days later we had a new pump (installed correctly ;-). Being a new pool owner (1st one) can be a daunting task and on numerous occasions we have reached out with questions to Eddie and Heidi and they have not once hesitated to offer advice and answers to our questions. The weekly pool service report snapshots are also a very nice touch! Long story short, we highly recommend Edge Pools for routine maintenance, pool equipment upgrades and service!

I was with my old pool company for 8 years, but over the last few years the quality and customer service was deteriorating. I went on my town Facebook site and multiple people recommended Edge Pools. I spoke to Heidi (one of the owners) and she was very patient with me as I had many questions b/c I am not used to change. She had a great demeanor and put me at ease I made the right decision. Since using Edge Pool, my pool has looked great. They have always been quick to reply to my questions and give me honest answers (which I always appreciate). Heidi's husband (the name escapes me) was great in how he explained any issues in laymen's terms. I highly recommend Edge Pools.

Eddie was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered any questions I had and left my pool looking better than it ever looked with other companies we used previously. Edge Pools is affordable and came highly recommended. After meeting Eddie, I can see why! If you’re unhappy with your current pool company, make the switch! So glad we did, only wish we had made the move sooner!

We have been customers of Edge Pools since when they first went into business in 2020. They are responsive, caring, honest, and do an AMAZING job of keeping our pool in optimal condition. My husband likes to do some work on the house on his own and they even worked WITH him on the pool heater and pool pump projects we've had over the years. We will be customers for a very long time!

Today was the first time I used Edge Pools - for a repair on my filter system. What a great experience! On-time, fairly priced, very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and the repair was done correctly. Will definitely use them again! Excellent service.

I wanted to love them. Especially after the great reviews. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We had edge pools for 2 months. Our pool guy was never there longer than 5 minutes. We would time him hoping that each visit things would get better. Our pool guy would say he did services that he simply did not do such as brush the pool, empty skimmer basket, check pump etc.. when I reached out to edge pool I was basically told that I was lying. They said if the pool wasn’t being brushed it would be full of algae this time of year. The reason why the pool is not full of algae is because despite paying for weekly pool service I was the one
brushing and vacuuming pool. To be honest if they would have responded with “I’m sorry about your dissatisfaction, let us make this right” I probably would have given them another try, brushing it off like we just got the bad apple employee . I’m now servicing my own pool and it’s never looked better. Just a message to edge customers to actually watch what is being done because the cost does not justify the service being delivered
