A few weeks ago, after the hurricane passed, my pool pump broke down. I was quoted between $1,000 and $2,000 to install a new one, which felt unfair since this pump was only about a year and a half old. I asked for help in this group, and someone recommended EDGE POOLS. They were fantastic! They provided an estimate well below those prices, similar to what I had originally paid, and what I knew was fair. They scheduled me quickly and did a great job. We are new to Edge pools but have been very satisfied with their service. Ant does a thorough job and is very easy to talk to if I have a question. Also love that we get an email stating everything that was done and all the readings from the water test.

We are first time pool owners, and were looking for a great reputable pool service. EdgePools has been wonderful so far!! They do a great job with the services they perform and are extremely friendly and responsive. Our tech, Manny is always on time, and lets us know before he shows up so we are sure to have our dogs inside. After services are performed, we receive an email letting us know what he did, chemicals that were added, and even a picture of the pool when he’s finished. I highly recommend them!!

If you are a new pool owner I recommend Edge Pool. All their staff a very knowledgeable and courteous. They take the time to answer all your questions.

I switched companies after being a loyal customer for 2 years due to communication issues. Edge Pools’ tech misdiagnosed an issue with my pool pump and then the owner was too busy to have a phone call for several days or even view a 10 second video I sent of what I was seeing with my pool pump. He admitted over the phone that he did not view the video and instead only replied based on the inaccurate info he had from his tech. This all happened while I was going back and forth from the hospital while my spouse was hospitalized, so it was clear I needed a company who cares more about customer service and being helpful to loyal customers. However, now that I’m with a new company I’ve learned that the quality of the pool maintenance service I was getting from Edge Pools wasn’t great. My new tech showed us just how dirty our sand filter for our saltwater pool was, he had to run the backwash much longer than usual due to the lack of maintenance.

Eddie worked so hard to get our pool tile cleaned and “fixed”. I thought the job would take only a couple hours, but Eddie worked tirelessly for hours until the job was perfect! Then, he professionally cleaned the pool and it looks amazing. I told my husband that “it’s never looked this good”! Thank you to Eddie at Edge Pools!

Needed our pool heater repaired. Edge pools always has great reviews and satisfied customers so I contacted them. They are very responsive and friendly. Eddie came over and checked the heater and was very quick figuring out the issue. He came back to fix the problem and now we can go back to enjoying our “ heated “ spa and pool!
