They were very nice & professional. We live on the 4th floor in our apartments and he made sure he was able to clean our carpet and satisfy us despite the hassle He did an EXCELLENT JOB it looks like brand new carpet and it smells so good ☺️ , definitely will be using they’re services again!!!

Just had my carpet steam cleaned and they did an excellent job all stain were removed! No wonder why they have 5/5 ratings. Very professional and friendly staff. I had my carpet cleaned last month for my apartment, it was very dirty due to pet stains but Lanior carpet cleaning was able to remove the stains and smell. They did an excellent job and thanks to him I was able to get my deposit back. I will definitely be calling them for any future cleanings. They were on time and finished in less than an hour and were very friendly. So I highly recommend them, very affordable too.😊

My dog had been vomiting all week and passed away today. Of course, removing thr stains out the carpet was priority. I booked this company and he was amazing! He actually took his time to analyze my place and determine the treatment needed and quoted a price first. Safe to say. I have no more stains in my carpet. Very friendly guy. I recommend them!

I can't say enough about this company. My carpets were terribly pet stained and they got all the spots out, carpets look like new. Thank you doesn't even begin to sound like enough for the job they did. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. I will use them again. Very fairly priced. Very professional. Best job ever, I had five rooms done and my carpet and house look brand new and my house smells great. Not only were they professional they were courteous. The price was amazing too and the more the use them the more discount you get 15% off my next visit. I will definitely be using them again. And if you need your carpets done so should you.

Came in within two hours of my calling. Most professional and honest carpet company I have encountered. Not a rip you off company. Very reasonable and did an amazing job. Carpet is only one year old and now feels just like it did when we moved into our new construction home. They will be doing our grout next week....can't wait!

I called and he answered first call, and was able to come the next day. I owned a carpet cleaning business years ago so i had some insight into this business. He came in and looked at all the areas we wanted done, his price was reasonable and what he quoted on the phone was what he wanted to charge us when he came out. I added a couple rugs and another area and he gave me a very reasonable price to add on the extra areas i wanted done. He pre-sprayed and he checked by hand each area for dog urine, with a special light, then treated each area for urine odors and stains. Our stairs were absolutely a mess before he came out, he was very humble and said "i did the best i could", when i went to see i was very happy with his work. Stains were gone and the stairs didn't smell anymore. He is very professional and does a thorough job, it took him a little over 2 hours for approx 1800 sq ft which was our stairs and up stairs only. We have tile on the bottom floor. Overall i would highly recommend Lanior carpet cleaning services. Prompt, professional and thorough. Give them a call. Lou

They did a great job cleaning my house’s carpet. I was moving out and had to get the whole carpet cleaned. They had such a great deal. My whole 2 story house is carpeted except the bathrooms and the kitchen. It code me less than $200 to do the whole house! Not to mention the stuff they used made the house smell really good! I would definitely recommend!

We had probably put off cleaning our tile longer than we should have. Some areas (where the dogs eat and drink) had gotten really dirty. Lanier cleaned our tile and grout and now our floors look amazing! The grout looks brand new. I am very pleased with the work and the price.

Lanior carpet cleaning company came to my house on 2-10-2017 he was on time, very professional, and kind. Was very considerate to any questions or concerns that I had. I am 8 months pregnant and couldn't move certain things for him and my husband hurt his back recently and couldn't move certain things either so we were just asking Lanior to clean around them. He went above and beyond moving our couches, treadmill, our glider in the nursery as well as the crib to ensure that the job was done. Carpets are spotless and soft! We had our couches steam cleaned as well they are also spotless and smell amazing! Also, we had the tile grout cleaned and when I say my floor is sparkling I mean that literally! I can see the original grout again. Thank you Lanior carpet!! Will be using you again and I highly recommend them!

I thought i could shampoo my carpet myself, I rented a dr. Shampoo and it wasn't clean it made the white part of carpet dirty. I thank you for making it look like new again. Very happy with you and company. I wish I had a before picture to show.
