RMA came out as a contractor for Select Home Warranty. I had an issue with water leaking into ice container and freezing. RMA came out, said Ice Maker needed replacement. Three weeks later they came and installed a new ice maker. The next day water was again freezing in ice container. Problem was NOT fixed. In the week since I have messages via text, email and phone. NO reply. Select Home Warranty also said they had no response from them. Very bad customer service.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! The repair man, Jamal, who came out to out rental property was extremely rude, refused to go by the address on the work order and then refused to give the name of the company he is working for. Also hung up on me Multiple times after being asked for his company name.

This service technician was chosen by my home warranty to repair my ac unit..he was very pleasant and came in a timely manner..he answered all my questions and was patient with my concerns..he did an amazing job..not sure with all these one stars..I know there a people out there you just cant please as I had an awesome experience

No call, no show on day of appointment. Texted the day after and didn't respond to my reply. Select Home Warranty vendor, disappointing.

Horrible**** Absolute worst do not use. Unfortunately, my home warranty company hired them to fix the suspension springs in my washer. After two no show appointments they came and repaired the washer. However, they cracked the top corner of my washer in the process I went through their insurance to get things corrected and they straight up denied accessing
or working the around the areas where the crack appears. To access the suspension rods the entire top of the washer needs to be removed and replaced.

Jermal was very pleasant. He came and worked at 2 different properties for me. Every job he finished in a very clean and timely manner! He over extended to make sure everything was working properly before leaving! Highly recommend his services!!

Update, had a whirlpool technician come out for 2nd opinion. He opened everything up and tested everything. All it needed was a new power cord. The whirlpool technician replaced power cord and of course replaced the broken latch and washing machine works like a charm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was called by select home warranty to look at my washing machine. Whirlpool top loader. 3 1/2 years old. Quit working mid cycle. Would not power on, water still in with clothes in it. Serviceman I think it was Jamal, came out. Never opened washing machine to look inside. Didn't do anything but break the door latch since we needed to get the now misty smelling clothes out. Turned in repair report to the warranty company saying it was going to cost over $600 to fix. How would he know what the problem was without opening the washing machine. Of course the warranty company deemed that being more than the washer is worth and refused to pay. I did have to pay him a $60 service call. A few days later, I went to try to turn the washing machine on and now it turns on but of course wont wash because the lid latch is broke. Tried many times to let him know he needs to come out and fix the latch he broke that didn't need to be broken if he would've spent the time and did a manual drain of the water, open the washing machine up and hit the door latch reset. He don't answer and don't return call back. Had my mom call from a different number. He said he would come out and fix but we would have to pay his labor. Why? He broke the latch. So now I'm having a Whirlpool appliance professional come out to fix it. Never use this company

I am a very patient person, but this is the worst experience ever. This company (Jamal) was selected by my home warranty company to come out to address my dishwasher concerns. He never touched one inch of the dishwasher. Instead, I had to diagnose the problem myself and send him a picture of the error code off of the display screen. He did not even submit a repair request to the warranty company for approval, nor has he return any phone calls. I had to call the warranty company to get an update on the claim and was told that they never received anything from the repair company. They even tried to reach out to him (Jamal) via a phone call and email and he did not pick up or respond. After two days I called him from another number, and he picked up. He didn't even remember who I was after several calls and voicemails left to him. He seems to have ignored the calls and refused to return my calls on purpose. He lied and said he submitted a ticket for approval of parts but evidently, they didn't receive it. He then emailed them for approval at that time and the parts needed were approved immediately. That was 8 days ago. After repeated unreturned calls and voicemails, the warranty company assigned me another company to come out free of charge after paying RMA (Jamal) a $85 service call which he cashed same day. Please stay away and refuse any service from this one-man band also known as RMA. Please take this warning seriously. He will take your money, and you will never hear from him again. Well at least I didn't.

This company was sent out to my rental property by Select Home Warranty, to fix my wash machine. My tenant had to tell him what he needed to do. He barely looked at the washer. He replaced the water valve, which didn't fix the problem. I called him directly to go back out and fix it right and he said there was nothing more he could do for me. I told him I'd call SHW to have a competent technician sent out. I called SHW and told them how horrible the service was and I want a new technician sent out to fix the washer. They are sending out a new tech tomorrow. Do not hire this company to fix anything.

Worst. Worst. Worst. Worst. If your warranty company tells you they are sending this company (specifically Jamal) tell them you refuse! Same reasons as all the rest of the reviews. How are they even still in business?

I drove to the address the one day and it took me to an apartment complex. So I don’t even believe it is a “business”.

I can absolutely see where the negative reviews come from. Same situation, Select Home Warranty (who I also cancelled because of this) sent him out.

He came in, “diagnosed” the problem, ordered a part, and never came back to install it. Calls, texts, and even calls from the warranty company and no one could get in touch with him. I’m not sure how he can be ok with doing this to people?

Anyone praising this company must be a friend of Jamal!!! This seems to be his 1 man company because there's only 1 number that he answers for new calls. This is horrible but everyone is OK I believe in karma and this guy will get it thru life

Fast response and excellent workmanship. My air conditioner is now cooling perfectly again thanks to their skilled and efficient service.
