I was very pleased with the service during this visit. The technician went the extra mile by checking the ductwork thoroughly and making sure everything was in good condition. Care was taken while moving equipment through the home, which I appreciated. Helpful options were explained clearly without any pressure, making the whole experience comfortable and professional.

Our ductless cooling system suddenly stopped blowing cold air, so we arranged a service appointment. The technician identified a faulty sensor, corrected the electrical connections, and got the unit running properly again. The work was completed efficiently, explanations were easy to understand, and the pricing felt fair. Overall, a smooth and professional service experience.

Our 10 year old Carrier Comfortmaker air conditioner in our condominium finally “bit the dust”. After many service calls for leaking Freon and internally damaged compressors, the cost of repairs (not under warranty) became prohibitive.

I contacted Quick Quote HVAC to obtain an assessment of the condo type unit. It was recommended that the unit be replaced and received a competitive quote for a new unit. Due to condo regulations, a crane was needed to place the outdoor compressor on the roof.

Joey at Quick Quote HVAC explained in detail the needed steps to remove the old unit and reinstall the new unit…the process was quick and efficient and the install was completed on March 18, 2024 (three days from first contact).
