As a owner of Haircutters International in Lakeland, Fl and my second salon in Mulberry , Fl I am extremely pleased with Priority 1 security. I also purchased a water purification system. The equipment is second to none and the service and knowledge was great. I looked at the competitors and what sold me was the Brinks affiliation. Thank you for a great service and product.

Very responsible team of hard working individuals, enjoyed every second of their service I had the Skybell camera installed and have never felt more safe. I’ve already used it to play some pranks on my friends with the two way mic (they didn’t know I had it installed yet.) The Night Vision works perfectly, can see just as well as day time, I used to have the Amazon Ring but I truly prefer this over it in every aspect, quality is better, sound is better, even the look is better. Mike was super knowledgeable, very well priced, and easy to deal with. I am a an IT professional by trade, so I came in with a pretty detailed game plan for my house. Mike was able to tell me over the phone exactly what he could bring, he identified the overall costs upfront, and absolutely delivered. He carries the Qolsys IQ 4 Panel which is rich with functionality and automation. Mike was able to pre program all of the rules I had requested and showed me a lot of the functionality differences between the Qolsys 4 and 2 (which is what I had at my last house). He clearly knows his stuff in depth, cares about his customers, and didn't attempt to oversell me at all. By far one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to home security.

I found Priority 1 Protection after getting estimates from a few company’s in my area. Once I spoke to Michael on the phone, I knew he was who I wanted to go with. Michael came out, looked over everything, and gave me a very reasonable quote. But much more importantly, he was highly knowledgeable, professional and wanted the job! I say “wanted the job” not because he just wanted the money; he actually loves what he does and loves to do it right! He wanted to get it done and get it done perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who really enjoys their work, gets excited to do it, and does it right. He and his whole team were amazing!! I have done business with Michael for many years now and every time I need anything done with my security system, he has done an excellent job. He is very personable and very knowledgeable about everything that he does concerning security systems, he is very tech savvy also. He installed 3 new cameras to add to my system and a few sensors. When I tell you he and his assistant were in and out quickly and got the job done nice and neatly all in 100 degree weather!! He also was able to give me a quick tutorial on how to control and maneuver the system. He advised me about installing sd cards for 24 hour recording and even offered to come back the next day to put them in for me. He did just that and I can't be more thankful for his hard work and dedication to his customers! If anyone is in need of anything dealing with a security system, he is the man for the job! I purchased the security equipment. I love it. The sales representative explained everything, answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to operate everything before he left. He also told me about some other packages about the water softener and other things available. I never felt pressured to have to purchase anything extra. I recommend this company.
