All of the staff provided great information and answered my questions. I saw a review that stated the security equipment was not top quality. My equipment is top notch and is user friendly. I highly recommend this company! I looked up different ones to install cameras and a new and updated security system for our home. When I called Priority 1 Protection, I was able to speak with the owner, Mike right away. He was easy to converse with. He listened to our specific needs as we took a tour of our home going over what we are looking for in securing our home. Mike was able to taylor a system to what we wanted and now we have upgraded security complete with cameras and easy to use devices. The Product Links team was very professional during installation. They made sure I was educated on all the equipment and the apps needed to work the devices. They also offer a great plan that includes a water filtration system for your home which I chose to opt-in. The staff were friendly and trustworthy.
