Artic air was great!!!!! "Uncle" Tommy came out and delivered exceptional service!!Florida Home A.C. royally screwed me over.. they came out 7 times over the last 6 months and charged me 2500 dollars.. Been a battle trying to get them to refund me.. Folks large corporations do not care about little ole you. I know from personal experience... artic air is a local company that CAN be trusted!!!and care about little ole us.. Artic air did what Florida home ac could not... artic air fixed my A.C. at a fraction of the cost..if you go through home depot or Lowes to get ac fixed your ignorant... small businesses like artic air stand by there work and would take ownership if they ever made a mistake.. I'm certain they would do more than any large corportation to make it right... thanks artic air!!!!
Recently my A/C went out, and Jason came out quickly and repaired my system at a reasonable price. There was no high pressure sales pitch about replacing my system. I would call Artic Air again!
Beware of this company! I am amazed that the owner of this company can run a business so unprofessional and with complete disregard of respect for My family and I. We were treated so poorly by the owner of this company and his staff. The ugliest part of this awefull experience was that it wasn't untill after we made the commitment to use his business to replace our ac units which we considered many, we were fairly impressed that the owner himself made us feel like this was going to be a very professional and quality job and his higher quote than most of the others was going to be worth it. From the moment we gave the green light to move forward this man treated my family with zero respect and acted as if we were at his mercy. My wife felt bullied and was afraid to even ask him any questions while I was at work. This guy is a con man and it makes me so angry and sad that he can treat people this way. We make the decision to spend a bit more because of his initial impression, and that's saying alot, this is a big investment. I hardly ever write reviews but I cannot allow this type of behavior to treat others the way this company treated us. We felt like it was the right thing to do to honor our commitment to allow him to finish the job although I seriously considered having him stop and remove whatever he had installed before the work was complete. But we didn't want to go back on our agreement because that's what we teach our children. We paid him to do the work so we would let him finish against the advice of our friends. The funny thing about this is when I told one of my coworkers we were looking for an ac company, the first thing he said was, "Don't use Arctic Air!" Lesson learned and please don't let this guy get away with it.
Woke up the other day with no air! The hall thermostat was blinking but nothing was happening. Called Arctic Air and Jason answered immediately. He showed up within the hour, fixed the clogged drain pan, added some freon and changed the filter. All finished in less than an hour and his price was quite reasonable. Can't ask for more than that and my air works great now.
Showed up on a Sunday and took care of my a/c unit that wasn't cooling. Great company and great people. Highly Recommend if you want amazing service
WARNING! Stay away from other companies!! I called another local company this last week and paid a gross amount only to have to call Artic Air to fix the problem. My HVAC ran worse than b4 and sounded sick to the point of keeping me awake at night. I called Jason after asking my facebook friends who to turn to. Jason fixed the problem QUICKLY, and honestly. and charged me a FAIR price. The unit runs quietly and efficently now. They have a lifetime customer in me after this experience. This is a company with integrity that WON'T charge you for unnecessary repairs and charge you fairly for those needed. 5 stars is not enough.
