Horrible service. Would not honor warranty claim. Would not return phone calls even after being told someone would call us back.

We had a hot tube wired. These guys were fantastic. Professional, on-time, and cleaned up after.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. The supervisor, Jamie, doesn't return phone calls, and when you think a tech is going to arrive at a pre-designated time, forget it. He will re-route them. Steer clear as long as this guy is in charge.

When I moved to my new house in Milton, I brought an antique chandelier with me. It is very heavy, so I called Hual Electric who did the electrical for the builder of my new home thinking they would know if I would need more support in the ceiling for it. When I called, I specifically told Mandy that I would need someone to hang the light fixture and rewire it because the ceiling in my new house was 10 feet high rather than the 8 foot ceiling in my previous house. After their electrician rewired the light fixture and hung it, he called his office from his truck, came back in my house and told me he had some bad news for me. He said they were not licensed to rewire light fixtures because they were not UL certified. He had already put longer wire on it and hung it, but when he turned the light on, only 4 small lights that hung down from the center light worked. He said that the socket for the center light must be bad (which I don't know why, it worked when it was removed from the old house). He also couldn't run the new wiring through the chain so I have a chain with the wiring dangling separately beside it.
He told me since they were not UL approved, he couldn't fix it, but he said he thought he knew where to get the socket and would get one for me. (I'm homebound and can't get out to shop around). I asked if he did side jobs and he said yes and would get the socket and fix the light after the Christmas holidays. Right after he left, the 4 small lights also quit working so now I have no light at all over the table. I immediately called his personal phone number and let him know to please fix it as soon as he got back from his Christmas trip out of town. He never called me after January 1 so I finally called and texted him 3 times and got no answer back. Finally, I had to call Hual Electric and report what happened. They had charged me $487.50 which I had paid but still had no working light fixture. He did also change the batteries in 3 smoke detectors for me and installed remote controls in 2 ceiling fans (I have 10 foot ceilings) which took very little time.
When I spoke to the owner of Hual Electric, I told him I thought I had way overpaid to have work done that was not completed. He told me they couldn't wire the light but that was exactly what I had told them I needed done before they came out. He advised me to take it to an antique dealer that repaired old lights but now that it is hung, I can't take it down myself so I am having to have someone else come out and try to get this light fixed. Hual Electric made no offer to return some of my money for a botched up job. They should have never sent someone out if they could not do what I said I needed done. -
Work was finished within two hours of initial call. The cost of repair was more than reasonable and I am very happy with the entire experience.

If you are looking for an electrician in Cantonment, go somewhere else. I actually went to their location on Hwy 29 just to get an idea of what kind of company they were. I found out really quick how bad they are a customer service. A man at the counter say that he would ask someone to come to the front to talk with me. Then he said they were too busy. Too Busy!!!!! I did leave my information behind and I never got a phone call. If they are too busy to talk with a potential customer then how busy do you think they will be if they did a botched repair job? I am looking for someone else!!!!

Josh pointed out a problem in the sub panel-neutrals were double lugged by contractor who wired the house when built. He corrected the problem. His service was thorough, he explained what he was doing, suggested a service upgrade.

I am very pleased with this company. I’ve used them for a few jobs. First they came to my home and put my refrigerator on a separate circuit. The workers were very responsive and professional. The second time was after the hurricane and I had been out of power for a few days. I have a grinder pump for the sewage, but without power the sewage was starting to back up into the house (fortunately it was contained). I had a generator, but it was still in the box and it was too heavy for me to maneuver. Plus I had no idea how to hook it up to the grinder pump to get it working. I contacted Haul and they responded within 30 minutes. They set up my generator for me, made the necessary cords to connect to the grinder and the issue resolved. They also showed me how to hook it back up if I needed to do it myself. They even instructed me on the use of my generator which I appreciated. When I decided to have a transfer switch installed in my home, I turned to Haul to perform this job as well. No disappointments here either. The electrician arrived on time and did the installation. Once again he explained and showed me how to use the switch. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any electrical work you may need to have done.
