James was able to come two days earlier, he was very good about explaining and completing the installation of a three way smart switch, I thought the fee of $190 was a little steep for one hour but of course that’s how it is with all things anymore, my problem was resolved and that’s what matters.

The young man who came to do our electrical work was on time, eager and competent. He was up front as the cost and amount of time it would take to complete the job. I would highly recommend Hual Electric Inc.
Once again we used James from Hual Electric. He arrived on time, knew what he was doing and got to work. I will be hiring them again in the very near future.

Our good service only began our call to the friendly folks in your office. We set up the appointment for the install and everything went outstanding with the install which was done by Justin. We will absolutely only be using this company from now on and count ourselves very fortunate that we found them. Do yourself a favor, don't waste time with other companies who give huge estimates and never show up to do the work even after giving such a large estimate. You can trust Hual Electric completely. 11 out of 10 from a Firefighter/Arson Investigator who knows full well the value of using extremely competant licensed professionals like Hual Electric to know it was done safely and correctly.

Hual Electrics was amazing. I called them for an emergency service and Lauren at the desk was responsive and understanding and worked to get a quote for me right away. They sent out a team (James and Jason) within the hour, and were expeditious in repairing and servicing my home. I would definitely call and use their service again. Don’t waste your time with other over priced “local” company (like Peaden). Thanks again guys.

James came out and quickly diagnosed our problem and resolved it - a short in ceiling fan light - keeping me fully informed through the entire visit. I appreciate the quick and friendly service, especially on a Friday with no advance scheduling.

I contacted the office and Lauren was nice enough to walk me through what I needed and provide an estimate. The appointment was booked and confirmation email was sent immediately following our phone call. Joshua arrived early and was able to finish the repair job in under an hour.

Josh was knowledgeable, receptive to my ideas, figured out how to meet Code requirements. Very personable and willing to work with me regarding when the work could get started and how best to work within my schedule.
He’s returning Thursday to do the majority of the work. Hopefully his rating will stay the same or even improve.
So far a very happy customer.

Ben and John did an EXCELLENT job installing an interlock kit and new service panel with a 30A disconnect breaker to hook up our portable generator to the house in the event of a power outage.
They also installed a 50A RV receptacle. A very nice and clean install!!

I needed a Tesla charging port installed at my house and Cody absolutely delivered! Even with their busy schedule, he came in on a Sunday just to get the job done. Will call on this company again for any future electrical work!

Great communication and great service! Found on Google and read reviews. Called and a friendly lady answered and inquired the reason for my call. Cody came out same day and gave me a quote. Completed the project a few days later. Cody is a great electrician at a fair price! My advice is get quotes. Cody was friendly, prompt and could tell he knew what he was doing right away. Premier Electric Services came out after our home took a lightening strike. They came out the same day we called, ordered parts needed and came back to install promptly. The price was very fair, the work was excellent, the staff was very friendly, knowledge, and considerate. I highly recommend Premier Electric Services. They took great care of us!

Premier Electric Services did a great job installing a light with a fan in our shower. Cody was fantastic!!! I was 10 minutes late & he had already arrived at my house. I called & told him I was on my way & where my extra key was located if he wanted to get started. Once i got close to my house & saw his truck was still at my house, I was so relieved!!! Most companies will not wait if ur not home because of other appointments. Cody was patiently waiting as I profusely apologized. He assured me it was okay & not a problem. I said u could have gotten my key out & gone in the house. He was so nice & said “I knew u were coming so it was fine, I didn’t mind waiting”. This type of customer service is so rare these days. Cody and Premier Electric not only gave me the least expensive quote out of five different companies, but he did it without a high pressure sales pitch. He was knowledgeable, patient and very easy to deal with from the quote all the way through the final installation and testing process.

Codi installed our Tesla charger for us. I called 3 of the recommended electricians in my area from teslas site and decided to use Codi. From the woman who originally answered my call, to Codi coming out to install it was the easiest and most professional experience I’ve had in Pensacola. He was quick, kind and affordable.
