Contemporary Pools was assigned my Jandy warranty claim. They were very responsive, resolved my warranty claim expeditiously and even made minor repairs/adjustments to my system while they were there. I highly recommend this company for your pool/spa needs.

We chose Contemporary Pools after having several estimates to build our pool, and we were not disappointed! We had Brett as our sales guy and he was great from the very beginning. He was very professional and always returned our phone calls, which was very important to us since we had many issues getting some pool companies to contact us just to get an estimate!

This was the first pool we ever owned. Contemporary was great to work with and provided excellent advice and guidance on our pool design. They told us installation would take 90 days at the most, and despite periods of heavy rain and flooding, we were swimming within that timeframe. Great company to work with and would highly recommend them.

We began our search for a pool company in March 2020. After receiving multiple quotes & talking to neighbors who have had pools installed in our development we chose Contemporary Pools. We knew what we wanted, a basic rectangular pool with a sun shelf we could set 2 chairs on & a bench across the entire deep end we could sit on. We really appreciated our salesman, Brett McKibbin, who listened to what we wanted & didn't try to pressure us into things we didn't want. He did offer the suggestion of a bubbler & umbrella hole in the sunshelf, which we love & are glad we went with. Building a pool is a messy, labor intensive, multi-step process that takes time. Each phase brings a new crew of people to complete their tasks. We were so pleased with all of the workers that were present on site & how nice, respectful & conscientious of their work & cleanup they were. They did our initial dig on July 29 & we had our first swim on October 20. Even with all of the slow downs due to the pandemic & the overwhelming increase in people building pools we were done on schedule & we love our pool. We have had many people stop & ask how things went, if we're happy & if we would recommend Contemporary Pools. We emphatically tell them yes we are very pleased, would use them again & would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. Call Contemporary & ask for Brett, you'll be glad you did!

Contemporary Pools in Cape Coral is the most amazing company I have worked with. This company is very prompted with services and the quality of work they do is nothing but the best.

Contemporary Pools built my pool. My house is in the Fort Myers historic district so we spent a lot of time getting the design right and they were very patient with us. Mike the service manager was great answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend them.

I want to give a shout out to Tom and his staff. I had them install my pool and hot tub a while ago. They did a beautiful job with the pool and paver system surrounding the pool including a captains walk adjacent to the water, not to mention the planters they installed. Anyway, I called them on an issue I had, or thought I had, and they came out within a couple days. The owner himself called me and explained exactly what was happening and how I could rectify it. Maintenance!! Ty so much Tom.

Thomas and his team at Contemporary executed the remodel of our pool flawlessly. We have an older pool (1982) and the re-plumbed the returns and removed an old useless valet system. The old tile was removed , an in-pool cocktail table was added and the stucco was completely redone.
His technicians also installed new lighting, new heat pump and new controls that are accessed from my phone. All work was done as scheduled and his team was professional, courteous and friendly.
Additionally, shortly after Hurricane Irma hit, we had a crack of about 4 feet appear as a result of erosion from the heavy rains. Thomas referred me to an expert crack repair service and coordinated the resurfacing by his team after the crack was repaired. You cannot tell it was ever there!
I would highly recommend Contemporary Pool Service to anyone for remodel or installation of a new pool. They are simply the best!

This company is TOP-NOTCH in every way. My experience was exceptional from start to finish! When obtaining the proposal, Tom and Brian listened to my needs and provided a fair cost estimate. When finally making the decision to use Contemporary Pools to do my pool repairs it was their integrity, knowledge, professionalism, along with the price that clinched the deal. Communication throughout the entire process was first-rate. My pool had cracks, the water was uneven, and it needed to be resurfaced but they were able to complete the extensive repair work and bring my pool back to new life, I am extremely happy how beautiful it looks! The other thing I was amazed at was how clean they kept their worksite. The entire staff, and all the men who did the repair work, were absolutely tremendous to work with. I highly recommended this pool company for pool repair work, you surely will not be disappointed, they provide OUTSTANDING service all around!

We highly recommend Contemporary Pools! After consulting with several pool contractors for resurfacing and new water line tile, we chose Contemporary and are very glad we did. Thomas Jackson was very helpful with the selection of materials that would look right with our existing coping and deck. He answered all of the questions that we had throughout the project. We also now use them for our pool service and Andy, our pool service technician, has done a great job maintaining our pool.

After Hurricane Ian, my pool deck and pool surface was damaged. After talking with Thomas, I decided to pave the pool deck and resurface the Pool. Well from beginning to the end of the job I couldn’t be more happy. Thomas had patently walked me through the procedure of the project. Gave me a time frame which the project had actually came under. The complexity of the job was not a typical layout, but Thomas had a plan and the final product exceeded our expectations. Working with Thomas Jackson and the entire Contemporary Pool team was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish Contemporary Pools was an impressive well oiled machine. Brett McGibbon of Contemporary Pools was our Sales Professional. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Brett and Contemporary Pools have been to deal with. Every question or concern had was dealt with immediately. I didn't have to wait a day for a response and/or resolution. Our pool turned out better than expected. It is absolutely beautiful. Brett gave us a 3-d representation of how our pool would look when completed. It was so helpful to envision the end result. Brett helped us pick the best colour combination for our pool. Contemporary Pools worked with the shutter company we were having a hurricane shutter installed with. We had our pool resurfaced and new tiles installed. Contemporary Pools did a fabulous job! Thomas was helpful in helping us select tiles and he saw the job through to the end. Their work crew was efficient and professional. They maintained our pool for a month to ensure the pool surface was properly cured. We are very pleased with the entire job and would recommend their services.

I would like to state that Contemporary Pools did a fantastic job on our pool & spa. I would recommend them to anyone. We are extremely Brett McKibben. We had a limited space since we didn't want to take away from our entertainment area. Brett designed a pool, with a spa and sun deck, that met our outdoor objective. Brett took the time to explain each detail of the project. Brett kept us informed from start to finish, which was completed ahead of schedule.

Our pool cage was severely damaged during hurricane Ian and needed replacement. We decided now was the best time to have our old in-ground fiberglass pool replaced. Brett helped us come up with a great design and the install crew did an excellent job all throughout the process. The office staff is excellent too. We are very happy with the final result!

We are very pleased with our new pool !!! In particular we are extremely satisfied with the service and assistance we received from our sales person, Brett McKibben. Brett helped take much of the stress from taxing decisions on the designs and layout of our pool. Over a year before our pool was installed Brett help us make the decision on what lot to purchase for our new home by producing site plans of our house with pool on the lots we were considering. Brett's excellent service and advise continued throughout the final design and construction. Brett's advise and service, from design and layout, to color and tile selections, to service after the sale were instrumental in the end result of a perfect pool and spa combination with which we are extremely satisfied.
Although the construction process was longer then we had anticipated, we found Contemporary's staff and all the sub-contractors to be professional, efficient, courteous, and considerate. And, the project was completed before the projected finish date.

My husband and I met with several pool companies in the area to find the best one to do our pool renovation. We are so glad we chose Contemporary Pools! We highly recommend Contemporary Pools. We interviewed 7 pool companies before finally deciding on Contemporary and we are so glad that we did. They did a great job, gave us a competitive price and all of the workers were very professional. The price estimate also included everything. Some of our other proposals had a lower price but there were many price extras such as dirt removal, filter upgrade and electrical service. Thomas made the design process very easy. He listened to what we wanted, made changes that we requested or told us when they would be impractical and we had a proposal and an animated video of what the pool would look like in a day. The pool turned out exactly like the video and we have had many compliments on it. The company is also very responsive to any minor issues that may arise and respond appropriately. We were so impressed with Contemporary that we use them for our pool service as well. Most of the people who construct their pools are employees of Contemporary so there is accountability while many of the other companies that we interviewed sub contract out all of the work. The sub contractors that were used on our pool were top notch like Southern Aluminum who did the pool cage. Overall this is one of the best companies that we have done business with since we moved to Florida
