This was a terrific experience from start to finish. The level of staff professionalism and kindness was striking, from Kayla who patiently worked with me to accommodate my schedule and Justin who performed the work at our recently purchased Naples home. He was courteous, extremely informative and precise on all details of the work necessary. He kept me updated throughout the process of deep-cleaning and sanitizing a king and a queen mattress. I was not present while he worked yet he went out of his way to update me at every step; from informing me that he was on the way, to arriving at the home, completing the assignment and to securing it when he left. Excellent company and exceptional customer service, very reasonable pricing and overall quality attention to doing a great job.

Tru Clean has done a great job for me over the years cleaning rugs and upholstery, this time they tackled my grout and tile. It is amazing how good they can make 30 year old tile look.

We came to Giuseppe because our countertops were terribly etched and dull. Restoring them was labor intensive and required skill. He is a perfectionist and is more than willing to share his knowledge of stone. He is very organized and neat. He does a great job of containing the mess and cleaning up afterward. We highly recommend his work.

Zack did an incredible job communicating with us. He gave us a heads up when he was on his way and provided excellent professional customer service. We had some traffic and pet stains and after Zack treated our carpet, it looked brand new again. Thank you Radaicy for booking our appointment and to the entire Tru Carpet crew. We were also provided with clear instructions on how to after care and a free calendar was a very nice gesture as well. We will deff be using them for any future carpet/floor needs. They came out and cleaned my tiles and grout along with sealing the grout. Jon did a magnificent job and he’s a very nice man! My floors look bright and clean again!

Amazing experience! I’ve had bad luck with carpet cleaning in the past and this time I contacted my carpet manufacturer for recommendations. They told me to hire a company with the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval which requires certification of using proper equipment and cleaning products for specific types of carpet. I contacted Tru-Clean Surface Care and not only received a fast appointment but one of the owners arrived to introduce his family owned company during my first appointment. The price was beyond reasonable for the excellent customer service and quality of carpet cleaning which was beautiful. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the second time we've used this company and Justin did a thorough job on our carpets and area rug. (We had called another company last week and they left our carpets wet and dirty). Tru-Clean Surface Care fit us into their busy schedule.
