Blue Water Pools (Sandra and team) were fantastic to work with! They replaced my pool pump and were able to come out the very next day. The installer, Christian, was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind from beginning to end. The whole process was seamless. What really stood out is that they are certified and licensed, which you don’t often find — it gave me peace of mind knowing the work was done right. Highly recommend!

$1,614 Water Bill — “Beyond Our Control”

We received a $1,614 water bill after water ran for approximately a week following this company’s service visit.

We only learned about the issue about a month later, when the city sent the bill. We were not notified at the time that anything had gone wrong.

In their written response, the company stated the water was not “intentionally left running” and that a hose timer “failed and did not shut off as intended,” calling it “beyond our control.” However, this means their process relies on a low-cost hose timer with no follow-up or verification.

If that timer fails at any other pools they service, homeowners could likewise be left facing thousands of dollars in unexpected utility charges, with no accountability offered.

That is not an acceptable risk. Proceed with caution.

BWP completed a minor structural repair and a full re-screen of my pool enclosure. Sandra was very courteous and professional, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Carlos and his crew. They showed up on time each day and completed the job in 2 days. The quality of the work is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Chris came to our home and pointed out the fact that we would be wasting our money because his product would not be the way to go. He offered helpful suggestions. I’ve got to say it was refreshing to speak with a young business owner who is part of a family business with good family values and especially honesty. I wish I could have hired him. Based upon my conversation with him, I’d hire him in a heartbeat.

VERY Poor customer service. There was some confusion about what time Rich was to arrive. Owner got upset and then refused to show! He was in a huff! Terrible customer relations! Buyer beware!

They did a fantastic job on our tile floors. Very professional, polite, and neat. Definitely recommend them!!

Just got our master bath resealed and recolored. Don't look anywhere else. Chris took the time to go over everything and then backed it up with a competed professional job. Will use again and highly recommendend.

These guys were great from start to finish! Rich got me an estimate quickly and was very helpful in picking the right grout color. They were able to fit my timeframe and knocked it out of the park. Family owned business, highly recommend!

My tile is 18 yrs. Old, pretty good shape, Chris & His Assoc. Came to clean and stain my grout while I was at work. Their work is absolutely Outstanding! My floors are brand new again! Wow! Awesome job guys! Thank you so much! I will tell my friends & clientele .

I can not recommend this company highly enough with five stars. Rich (owner) came out and gave me a reasonable quote. Chris (his son) and Austin came to do the work (both professional, hardworking and taking their work seriously with care and concern). Amazing!!!!! I bought a condo with disgusting tiles and dirty/black grout. They made the tile (and most importantly) grout look totally like NEW! I could not be any happier! I would most definitely recommend this company if you are in need of tile/grout cleaning/staining/sealing!

I called Rich for a tile repair on my buckled tile. He responded immediately. He quoted the job and two days later completed the repair in a professional manner. I had a quote of $2,500. Rich quoted $300 for a perfect job. He then explained that his son, Chris, did grout cleaning. He showed me some before and after pictures and sold me with a very reasonable fee. Chris arrived on time and completed the cleaning and did an unbelievable job. My floor looks brand new. I thought Rich was very professional, personable and communicative. Chris, if possible, was even better. Two true professionals. I would hire them in a a minute. In fact I did. They will be steam cleaning my carpets and furniture. Don't even think about hiring any one else. They are the best!!!

Chris was amazing, he explained everything to me in detail including which mop and cleaner to buy and how to care for my tile and grout. The price was VERY fair compared to other quotes I had gotten and what they were willing to offer me. My floors look brand new!! I could not be happier with this company.
