Blue water redid our screened in lanai after the hurricane. Price was better than most. They even came Thanksgiving day! Our neighbor asked the guys for an estimate and they did hers that day also.

Danny Menendez did an amazing job last minute for me to help get my pool right after my last company let it go. Thank you so much for knowing how to take care of a salt water pool during the summer and getting it back to perfection.

Completely programmed the HAYWARD OMNI-LOGIC automation controls, the internet server based features, the salt generation system. Knowledgeable and very competent, used factory support to troubleshoot, real problem solvers, highly recommend. I am very happy. They maintain my pool and it is spotless and crystal clear.

A very considerate young man Raymond explained what he needed to do to get our pool back to blue and followed through. Very happy with response from Blue Water and their employees. Looking forward to a long relationship.

We had an issue with our pool heater filters and needed immediate attention They showed immediate response and helped us take care of the issue and we started having them as our weekly/monthly service! Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough good things about Blue Water Pools!! They had our oversized pool cage completely rescreened 8 days after hurricane Ian hit!!! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!!

Had them come out and do some pool work to my new property. Very professional, on time and very fair pricing. They were able to take care of everything I needed without me even being in the same state. Sandra is an absolute blessing. Thank you guys!

I do not recommend. It was drizzling so they poured chlorine in and left. My pool os half covered by lanai. Pool turned cloudy the next day, called them and paid for emergency visit on Saturday. On Tuesday pool was green and measured zero chlorine after 2 visits in 4 days. They contradict all their advice . Not impressed at all.

Quick installation, great communication and they can also take care of your maintenance! Great, very active family company!

I was in desperate need of a pool company. I began reading pool company reviews on the Cape Coral page and noticed a lot of positive reviews for Blue Water Pools. I sent the company a FB message inquiring about their services and price. Immediately, the wife texted me and asked me to send her a picture of my pool. 5 mins later, I was quoted a price and an appt for the following day - AMAZING! The owner came to my home and was very courteous, professional and kind. I do not know anything about pools, so he took the time to explain what he found and taught me how to manage the pool system. He was very patient and informative. He noticed a couple of things wrong with the pool and corrected the issues. I am so happy I chose this company. Very efficient, prompt and professional. I highly recommend!

I’m just absolutely impressed with the service I received. I contacted them and within minutes I was speaking to Sandra who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was having issues with prior service and Sandra was able to get me in the same day to start my service with Blue Water Pools. My pool has never looked better!

Blue Water Pools offer a great pool service. They tend to our pool on a weekly basis. Their service is always very prompt and courteous each week. They let us know what needs to be done to our pool, they skim the debris and clean the bottom. If the pools needs water, they fill it. We are very pleased with Blue Water Pools!

They have been servicing my pool since June. My pool is always perfect.
They send pictures soon after the service is done and they always go the extra mile to make my pool look sparkling clean.

I halve also use them to restore my pool after Ian hit. The pool was dark brown because of the leaves sand dirt and mulch that fell into it.
Now it looks brand new and I am still in shock that it does.

STOP...PLEASE read this before contacting another full service pool business. From the moment Gabby answered the phone I knew I had reached the most caring, professional and responsive organization in Florida. I had a blast speaking with Gabby and she made me feel like family. My experience went from good to great in a matter of 24 hours. We planned for a FREE..yes I said FREE estimate from the owner. The appointment was made for three days after my call to Blue Water Pools. The next day, I received a phone call from Gabby. She informed me that the owner/estimator was in my neighborhood and stopped to see what the problem was. Then she told me that he fixed the problem while he was there. I was floored. I certainly did not expect to hear what Gabby said next. When I asked her what I owed them she said "NOTHING"....Please read that again. The owner/estimator came by days before our appointment. He troubleshooted the problem, fixed it and refused to be compensated for his efforts. When was the last time you had "fun" working with a service organization. Blue Water Pool will always continue to be my service provider. I have started to spread the word and will contine to refer everyone I know. I promise that I will "Pay it forward". Random acts of kindness seem to be in short supply. This act has inspired me to do more for others without expecting any compensation. Blue Water Pools is the best of the best! Danny comes weekly and after he cleans the pool he sends a detailed email about what was done including a photograph. Everyone with the company is so helpful with any questions or concerns I may have, and my pool looks better than ever. 10/10 quality service, can't ask for much more!
