We started using Blue Water Pools several months ago. They are doing a wonderful job with our pool maintenance, their prices are reasonable, and our pool looks fantastic every week! It was easy to set up service with them, and they have been professional and responsive. I highly recommend them!

Blue water pools is a great company!!! Sandra is so caring for her customers. If i ever had any questions or concerns she always picked up the phone. Unfortunately ,that's rare these days. Sandra will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy and to get the job done right. Gabby did an excellent job handling multiple things throughout the process! I had a full renovation (My pool looks awesome!) and I use their services. Mitch and son do a great job keeping my pool sparkling. My pool went from 0 to a hero! The whole family cares about doing things right and being upfront about all the details! If you are looking for any pool needs you can't go wrong with this family business, they are the best!!!

Bluewater Pools SWFL is absolutely wonderful!!! Couldn’t be happier! They are very responsive to calls/texts/emails and the technician spends at least 30 minutes when he visits doing his job. He takes pictures of the pool, filter, and the readings are displayed along with the chemicals he added etc. So, you can see in an email immediately what is done. Sandra is extremely responsive and Kevin is a great tech. I’m just happy to have finally found a company that is so professional, responsive, thorough, and pays attention to detail! Great attitude and willingness to treat the customer right! THANK YOU for everything! Very pleased!!

Wow! We've had an amazing experience with our tech Chris with Blue Water Pools!! As first time pool owners (thanks to @ariza builders) Chris has been so helpful! Very professional, efficient, and delivered exceptional service. He's very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process! My pool already looks fantastic, clear and sparkling and is ready to enjoy! I highly recommend him and this company for anyone looking for top-notch pool and pool startup services. Five stars all the way!

Truly disappointed this past week. Have been using Blue water for 2 years and Trevor the tech has been great. However as of the past few months, getting in contact with them has been extremely difficult for some reason which I’ve shared before but never resolved. This review is not meant to be one that warrants a defensive response from the company, it’s just us sharing our disappointment with the communication aspect, particularly because tried calling several times last week when pool was turning green after last week’s cleaning and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. Typically not being able to get in touch with them last week would have been fine, but we had guests coming from New York this Sunday and we ended up having to get someone else to get the pool back to it’s blue color and get rid of the cloudiness before our guests arrived. Nobody really cared when I explained this phone issue before. I would be happy to come into the office to show what happens when we call if you deem it important enough to address.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years and in this time we have been extremely satisfied. Even once when we had a small issue, Sandra was quick to resolve it and make everything superior! Trevor shows up every week as scheduled and does a great job making sure our pool is always beautiful. The communication is great. Sandra and Mitch are amazing people, Gabby is always so sweet and professional. Best part we never have to lift a finger to clean the pool. Love this company!

As new homeowners in Cape Coral we had already hired a company to maintain the pool before we moved in full time. That company gave me a price for a heater and to convert to salt water. While shopping around and getting info on salt vs chlorine, I found Sandra. From day 1 Sandra was extremely helpful explaining the salt system. As first time pool owners we were pretty much clueless on the maintenance and operation of the pool. Sandra and Mitchell came to our house in the dark one evening because they were in the area. It was probably around 8-9:00. That in itself was impressive. Lo and behold we already had a salt system. Mitchell came the very next day to clean everything and make sure our system was running ok. The other company was obviously trying to scam us, as they were trying to convert us to salt which we unknowingly already had. We were new pool owners still living out of state. I have since purchased a pool heat through Blue Water Pools and they do our weekly maintenance. They are always available and able to answer questions. I love that they are a family owned business. Super friendly and helpful. Their son is our weekly cleaner. He is awesome as well, so nice, we even discuss good food and pizza in the area. Definitely reach out to them for service. You will not be disappointed. Blue Water Pools is the best!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Sandra and Mitch from Blue Water Pools! On two separate occasions, they went above and beyond to help me with issues I was having with my pool. Each time, they responded immediately, showed up quickly, and fixed the problem with total professionalism and ease. On top of that, they were incredibly pleasant and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

I’ll definitely be using them for all my pool needs going forward, and I highly recommend them to anyone — whether it’s for repairs, maintenance, or even new installs. Sandra and Mitch are the real deal!

Last summer, Mitch really came to our rescue when we needed our pump and 3 valves replaced, and he did it for a great price! We live in CO, so it’s important to know that someone we trust is watching our pool.

After hurricane Ian, they actually went over to treat the pool. As always, they sent us pictures of our beautiful pool, but this time they went way above and beyond by sending us pictures of the damages to our pool area! I was speechless. It is so helpful to see what we need to tend to! They have a customer for life.

My pool had been cloudy for FOUR MONTHS! I had no less than NINE other companies come out, all "will have this fixed in no time". Four months and $3500 later - last effort before draining was Blue Water Pools. Came out, said the same thing, and (I KID YOU NOT) in TWO WEEKS we were crystal clear again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Excellent communication, service and (obviously) EXPERTISE! They are our new pool peeps!

Very impressed with the quality service, excellent family business. Communicated with all the updates throughout the whole project. They even finish a week before the deadline very happy with the service in general highly highly recommended!

We are very happy with the whole team at Blue Water Pools SWFL. They were very responsive to our needs. Ian flooded our pool with canal water and pieces of our lanai. The removed the lanai one day, came back the next to drain and acid wash our pool. Third day they were to restart our filter and make sure everything was working properly. Blue Water Pools whole team was very professional, friendly and had our best interests at heart. We will be using them to create our dream pool and patio area in the near future.

Very bad pool service. My pool water was very low and the did nothing to fix it. The auto fill was turned off and I had to get someone else to turn it on. It meant turning a handle. The pool filter was very dirty and they did nothing to clean it. Probably because the handle was broken. They did nothing to fix it. Had to pay someone else to fix. We're arrogant and disrespectful when I called them.

Blue Water just finished my pool and I can say I couldn't been any happier with the communication and excellent work done by this company. Stayed in contact with us through out the build and when they say its going happen it happened. Thank you again Blue Water Pools

Blue Water Pool Services was very professional and came very fast. They did an awesome job cleaning and acid washing my pool. It was so green and looked so bad . Now it looks like new again. Thank you for your awesome services and I will definitely recommend you to my friends . Very nice people and they get back to you right away. Excellent 5 stars

Came home from visiting family to our pool being green. Our previous pool service was supposedly servicing once a week. After repeated problems with them, we canceled them. We called Blue Water and they came out same day after seeing my pictures. Super responsive and knowledgeable. Before and after pics attached

Blue Water Pools Services did a fabulous job on the start up of our pool. Danny is professional and very knowledgeable. Our water is crystal clear. We will be using Blue Water to continue to maintain our pool. I highly recommend them!
