We are very thankful for the good job Bobby and his team did. They kept up posted on the job progress and took many pictures. Bobby was very pleasant to talk with. Made us feel very relaxed about our water damage. If I had any questions or concerns they would always be right there to answer them as quickly as possible. Our house is now mold-free, and after they cleaned everything up you can hardly tell they were there at all! 10/10 would recommend

I called in with a mold issue and was provided great help from Debbie! She was very professional and got me set up with everything I needed for an estimator to come out and give me a quote. I appreciate everything that this business and Debbie has helped me with and will definitely recommend it to those with the same issues!

I am so happy I choose iMold for my air duct cleaning job they are the most awesome and helpful people I called the office and spoke to Debbie and Tommy and they took care of getting me scheduled right away very efficient and reliable great communication. defiantly would recommend them and use them again. Also the team that came in which was Eric and Matvei great service came in and did a magnificent job on my house with the air duct cleaning. They left the house the same way it was when they came in explained everything they did. They did very professional work.

We got hit by Ian so we did have mold. They cleaned out the
objects that needed to be thrown away and cleaned and packed

I have received the first invoice with an added service. I canceled the added service, and received an invoice with 1/2 of that service still listed. I let them know this and received another estimate with a lowered price. The next day I received an invoice with a higher price. I called several times with no call back. Finally someone called and told me that is the way their billing worked.
Very dissatisfied. I will not be using them to repair anything.

I was in need of remediation after the hurricane and I spoke with several companies. I went with I Mold and this was the best decision. The top notch team - Julian, Roberto and Dylan were the best - Thorough, On Time, Professional and hard working. My bar is high and I am very satisfied in the work that was performed. I highly recommend I Mold!

We had a very good experience with Hailey Goulas when she was here for our assesmate on our mold problem. Hailey went above and beyond to help us.

Ronnie came and did a fantastic job. He was so friendly and easy to deal with. He did a thorough inspection. He walked me through exactly what the issue was and where it was coming from. He also explained in detail what would be needed to resolve it and why. I would highly recomend iMold's service.

Eric and Matvei did a wonderful job and they were very helpful and friendly explaining what they were doing and why. Hailey was very helpful and friendly. She seemed very knowledgeable and caught some things that I hadn’t noticed. I received her quote the same day she did the assessment, and appreciated how detailed each line item was. I also appreciated that iMold was so quick to set up everything. I haven’t had the cleaning process done yet but so far everything has been great and I don’t have any complaints. :)

Craig with Imold was such a help navigating our family’s unexpected remediation to our home. A faulty dry-in by our roofers left water falling like Niagara Falls throughout our house. We were unable to get the roofers to properly dry out our home so we immediately called iMold. Craig has been so thorough with testing for water intrusion and has worked hand in hand with multiple crew members. Crew members Shane, Gui and Mack were equally as diligent and responsive to our water problems. As horrible as this situation has been, it’s finally nice to have competent, diligent, hardworking personnel remediating the problem start to finish.

Brian from iMold arrived on time, professionally dressed, and immediately introduced himself. He provided us with expert advice and spent over an hour explaining the intricacies of mold/water remediation. He reviewed paperwork we had and answered all of our questions promptly with easy to comprehend explanations. He did not rush to leave the premises and made my family feel confident concerning the services iMold provides. I highly recommend iMold as the company to hire. If you're facing water damage, I highly recommend iMold. Their promptness, professionalism, and expertise made a stressful situation much easier to handle. In Cape Coral, it's often difficult to get contractors and service providers to even show up. Hailey not only showed up on time, but early, which was a pleasant surprise. She was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. She took the time to explain everything that she had found and sent us pictures to show what she had discovered. Although we did not have any mold, I will be referring and using iMold in the future.

While I hate that I had to use their services (cause nobody wants mold in their house). Imold did an excellent and thorough job. Rod and Guy were both excellent. As well as Debbie and Tommy in the office.

I highly recommend iMold. The team are very knowledgeable, professional, and more importantly friendly. They took their time and found all the areas that needed attention. When I first went online to search for a mold remediation company of course iMold popped up first. I wonder why!!! All the reviews I read made me choose this company and I'm glad I did. Bobby and his Crew did an astounding job.

Long story, I had mold in my kitchen. Hailey was my estimator and she did a very thorough & professional job & was great to communicate with throughout the process.

I can't say enough good things about Matt S & Nick who were the technicians who actually did the job. They were very hard workers, professional, polite, & informative. And best of all, they did a great job with the remediation & left the place spotless when finished. Thanks guys.
