I had Ian, Jose, and Edwin take on a project at one of my clients properties involving mold & water damage. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was properly taken care of. Knowledgeable, professional, and hard working team. Can’t thank them enough for getting it all done so quick! 10/10 would recommend iMold for your restoration!

Update: IMold finally finished our job and I must adjust my rating. First, the good. The workmanship was very good and we are pleased with the finished product.
However, there were some issues we were not happy with in getting to the end result. Communication was a major problem with this company. Technicians didn't show up on days promised and calls were not returned quickly, or at all. Also, the first day they came out, they would not send anyone out to my house until we electronically signed a contract, which did not give an estimate. I called them before signing, and was told they couldn't give an estimate until the technician could arrive and assess the situation. We had an urgent problem with water and mold, so we reluctantly signed. When the technician arrived and saw what was going on, he told me the price to dry out everything and remove the mold should be about $1300, maybe less. When we finally got them to send the final bill after several requests, this portion of the job cost us $1674.21. We didn't get this bill until 12/20/2024 for a job that began on 9/25/2024. This part of the job was finished on 10/3/2024, and probably would have been finished sooner if they would have come and checked on the drying as often as they told us they would.
So, in conclusion, I will say that the work done by IMold was very good. It was worthy of my original 5 star review. However, now that the job is complete I cannot in good conscience leave this review. Considering the problems with 1) our calls not being returned in a timely manner (or at all), 2) technicians only showing up on 4 of the 9 days of the job, when the technician who came out the first day told us someone would be out every day to check on the drying and adjust the equipment to ensure that everything would dry out as soon as possible, 3) being forced to sign a contract without being given an estimate before they would come out, 4) being told that the technician would be able to give me a better idea of the price, only to find it was nearly $400 more than he told me, and 5) not being able to find the total amount we owed until nearly 3 months after the job was completed - even though we called several times trying to find how much we owed I am changing the review to three stars. I would have lowered it more, but I am taking into account that we had a hurricane the day after they first came out. However, that doesn't give them a pass on all of the points I've mentioned.
So, if you want very good work, and are not concerned with communication, people showing up when they said they would, and getting an accurate estimate, this is the place for you. But I won't be using them again.

I am very happy with the service provided by Sharilee with IMold. We had a leak one day before Hurricane Helene passed our area. We called IMold and they sent a crew out that day to eradicate the mold and begin the drying process. A week later there was still some moisture. We were very fortunate to have Sharilee come out to deal with the problem and rearrange equipment. What we really appreciated, besides her solving the problem, was how well she communicated. She called when she was delayed (IMold was doing many emergency jobs for storm related problems and there were delays), and kept us informed of when she would be at our house. I can't give IMold an accurate rating yet, because there is still restoration to be completed and I don't know the total cost, but if the rest of their technicians are as skilled, competent, and communicate as well as Sharilee, I will be very pleased.

Matvei and Eric were absolutely great! They were super nice and respectful of the house. They helped clear a few items from the room when it had to be cleared. They did great work and were here within a hour. They explained the situation and all the steps along the way and what to expect next. 100% recommend them and iMold.

Wow! What an ordeal...but everyone was great😃. The crew, Josh, Joshua & Matt did a wonderful job removing mold & cleansing the house ( don't know all the terms). Josh gave me a day by day report on the progress. Thomas & Debi at the office kept me informed and answered any questions I had. What a team! Awesome work! Would highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of my mold issue.

Ian, our project manager, was fabulous. He went over and above for our remediation. No question was ignored. And Debbie, “handler of all things necessary in the office” extraordinaire. She was very helpful getting us scheduled quickly. Very much appreciated!! iMold has an awesome team.
