Mike and his team were FANTASTIC!! We have used them twice. They installed our generator plug prior to the hurricane and our riser and weather head after the hurricane damaged ours. We called and it was fixed within 24 hours. GREAT work! Very friendly, prompt, punctual. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Overall great service. I had a new electrical panel, service riser, and generator plug in done. Francisco and Conrad were the installers and they were professional and cleaned up everything. I will use Rosario Electric again! Thank you.

I’m only disappointed there aren’t 10 stars to give Mike and his team. He showed up on time and finished the job timely. He even came back, after our electricity was turned back on, to make sure everything was working properly.

Mike with Rosario Electric goes above and beyond. I have used him twice before, but this time her service somehow got even better. He replies very quickly and will always be honest. He came to the house and started working right away and moves through the problems very methodically. He saved us from a very potentially serious problem with our wiring. Mike explained everything that he did and then made the recommendation for a home surge protector. He did not try to sell it to me just simply stated what it does and how it could help. Based upon my trust with him I didn't even need him to explain I just told him what to do was best for my house and family, which he did. He is very clean and makes sure to clean up everything. Rosario Electric was great to work with. They came and gave me a prompt estimate, fair pricing, and did the work shortly thereafter. Communication was excellent. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

Same thing: no text returned, no call back. Maya was very nice but strung me along, asked for pics of the job, told me would give me a quote: no response after I texted and called. 3rd one is a charm, this is a pattern. I gave you a benefit of a doubt, despite those 2 no response reviews but you did it again. Be careful, people might not bother anymore.

Rosario Electric reached out to me after I posted on Facebook looking for an electrician to install an interlock and a generator plug. Not only were they responsive but they contacted me on a Saturday! I signed off on a quote on Monday and they came and installed it that Friday. Totally impressed and satisfied with the work. It is very refreshing to see a company respond and communicate with me and complete the work when they say they will.

I called Rosario Electrical last Monday. Although I was having difficulty with my phone, they persisted and, using text messages, set up an appointment (to get a quote) for Wednesday. On Tuesday I received a message saying they could come that afternoon, so we said yes please! Francisco and his colleague were very friendly, and professional, with great attention to detail. They analysed the problem and managed to fix it there and then.
I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to two friends.

I have used Rosario Electric several times in the past 6 months. Service was excellent and prices very competitive. Laz, the electrician this past job, found my problem right away and also installed GIF boxes for me outside. He even caulked the boxes to make sure they were waterproof. Great job all around. Thanks
