Have used Mr. Electric a few times. They are very reasonable and knowledgeable. Today Brandon was the tech, great guy knew his stuff. Would highly recommend.

They were great! They installed a doorbell, a plug for a hot tub and a few outlets. The guy who did the work was so nice and really did a good job. The price was great too

Two times last week someone was supposed to come pick up the deposit the first day I did receive A courtesy call late in the day that they would not be coming because the person that was supposed to come pick it up was too busy. Why not send someone else? They said they would come the following day I waited and waited and waited canceling my plans because I did not want to miss them!! No call no answer. They did send me an email stating they would just pick up the check the day of service which is today they did not return any of my voicemails only emails?? Well I get a call today because I emailed them yesterday wondering what time because I have a doctors appointment they said they have to reschedule because the guy is sick all week why not get someone else again??? None professional

Unable to fix problem. Had to call another company after using improper GFCI for breaker amperage and attempted to over sell on service not needed for repair.

Tyler did a great job as usual. We are very pleased with the service.

Asked Mr. Electric for a quote on installing a generator transfer switch and two outdoor outlets. Price was very competitive, arrived on time, the two electricians were great. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Mr. Electric of Fort Myers. I called Mr.Electric to make an appointment. The person I needed was not available so someone took a detailed message. No one called back. I called again! Someone returned my second call an set up a time and date to come to my home. My time was between 2-4. I waited until 4:30, no one showed up. I called the numbers on the business card and left a message on Steve's voice mail. I also sent a text message. No return calls, no return text. No one showed up! To this day, NOBODY has returned my calls or tried to reschedule! Mr. Electric... it must be really nice to be so independent and selective and have such disregard and disrespect for potential customers! I give you a NEGATIVE FIVE STAR REVIEW. Looking for an Electrician??? Call someone else!!!!

Ted and Zach were excellent. Ted is a master of his craft with plenty of experience. Zach is polite and professional and has a bright future in this field. These guys are great reps for the company, and i would recommend this business. Ted and Zach were great , give them a raise !!

I appreciate how Chris, the field supervisor, listened to all of our wants and needs and incorporated them, plus many of his own ideas, into the comprehensive plan. Since this was a barn project, the work team did an excellent job accommodating the safety, security and schedule of the animals. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Looking forward to having Chris and his team work on our next project.

We had an issue with our electricity shutting off in different locations of the house. Zack diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and didn't try to overcharge me with a bunch of extra fees. I will definitely use this company again for our electrical needs.

I contacted three separate electrical companies for quotes on wiring to be installed for a new hot tub, their estimate was more than double the other two. A week later the tech contacted me as I had not received the written estimate, only a screenshot through text message. When I brought this up to the tech he stated he had made a mistake and stated the estimate was not $3,900 but only $1,395. Later that day I received the written estimate through email, it again totalled $3,900.00. needless to say I went with another company.

Roger installed a new junction box above our dining room table today and installed a new light fixture. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly and personable! Would highly recommend!

I pulled the screws out of the electrical box not knowing that doing that would make the clips fall off. One fell down in the wall and Jonathan Burkhead took the time to go all the way back to his shop to pick up a new one and come back and fix it and make it level. I have used Mr. Electric 3 times now and I have always felt their prices are reasonable which is what keeps me coming back. The technicians are always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

This was my second time using Mr Electric; the first time I had Roger Rojas come out and repair the damage done to my attic fan when the roofers ripped it out without disconnecting the wiring. Today the fan was running continuously, I asked for Roger Rojas again. The thermostat was old (2006) and just needed an adjustment. No charge. But I also had a bad GFI outlet on my lanai and asked him repair that as well. I was a service rep with Xerox for 26 years so I know a thing or two about customer service and professionalism. Roger could give lessons on that - an ultimate professional, friendly, informative, even my DOG liked him! I have already given one referral and will give more if I have the chance! Hired them to install an interlock system to hook my generator up to the main breaker at my house. Jonathan came out to give us a quote and we decided to go with his proposal. Their technician Bennett was incredibly diligent. He stayed after hours to finish the job and even stopped by at the end of the day on a Friday to complete a few punch out items. In conclusion their team went above and beyond to complete the job well within the expected time frame. Thanks!

Zach was very quick at getting out to my house. I had a outside 220 outlet catch fire on the side of the house during a storm. He had the parts needed to do the job and he was very polite , friendly and knowledgeable. He told me about how it happened with the cover not being closed all the way allowed water to get in and cause the wires to burn up. they were fair and competitively priced , I would definitely call them again if i have any future repairs or questions on how to keep my house safe and up to date.

Mr. Electric was absolutely fabulous! The woman who answered the phone was so kind and friendly. The man that answered came to our appointment was knowledgeable and honest. Our problem didn't end being an electrical issue and he was very straightforward about it and didn't charge us for the diagnostic so we could put that money to the repair that was needed. Highly recommend them. They will be our people if we ever need them again!
