We’ve had Pheonix out a couple of times already and every time they were fantastic. The last time we had an issue, they came out the next day and replaced a bad breaker and the line to both switch and fan. Then went through the whole panel making sure everything was safe and secure. We will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone who needs electric work done. Thank you!!

Phoenix Electric did a great job getting my new service panel in at my condo. It is now a brand new service panel with generator hookup which we did not have before. I would certainly have them back. Thank you all.

I have to give this company 5 stars or more. Half of the electric in my home was going off for hours at a time and then come back on. Throughout the day and night. There were other electric companies that came out to look and give estimates. They looked at the electric panel and right away said that was the problem and it needed to be replaced. It was very old. So I got that. But when Lance from Kirkwoid electric came out he too said the electric panel needed to be replaced, but what he did that no one else did was he went outside and checked the main wires coming from the meter to the house and determined that the problem was there. So his team cane out the next day and dug up the wires and replaced them. Now I have full power. Its been 4 days and not one blip out of the ele tric. Yes I do still need to have the panel replaced because it is over 40 yrs old. They are replacing that next week. By the way their price for the whole job was less than the other for only the electric panel replacement. Lance is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to mobile homes. The crew that cane out and did the work were on time, very courteous and very nice. Great job to Frank, Shawn, Gina, Rob and Francisco. Great tem work.

John and Joshua came this morning and were the most personable contractors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They were kind and made me feel as though my concerns were legitimate. I would recommend these gentlemen and Kirkwood Eleectric for any electrical needs.

Tried to get a caraige light out front of my house replaced since November 10, 2021.
I asked them to setup an appointment soon since it's been 2 months already. They told me they forgot to order the light. It would be 3 more weeks. I offered to go out and buy a light but that was not an option. Needless to say I'm not having the job done by them . So beware

I was very pleased with the work completed on my home. The entire team from getting an estimate to the work completed and the price were excellent. They even coordinated with the electric company to minimize down time. I had an overall great experience.

We needed immediate assistance with an electrical problem. We called and Joe came out very quickly and worked until our (bigger than we thought) problem was fixed. He was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. And the cost was very reasonable! We are very pleased with them!
